IIRC anyone 36 or higher can join the trial team and take part in the initial Abandoned Sewers Massacre (36 is the entry level for that zone), but you need to be 38+ to actually do the final Hydra fight bit.

SoS is 37.9, so should be ready by the weekend.

One of the nice things about CoH is that it leads you in gradually, even if you're starting from fresh, and most bits of it can be ignored if they don't interest you.

To summarise:

A lot of people will say yes.

A lot of people will say no.

Both sets of people will retread the arguments that have been made many times before. These may get heated and eventually lead to intervention and/or lockage by Bridger.

I'd suggest skimming the arguments in case something's raised that sheds new light on things for you, and in the meantime play your tank in a way that works for you.

Phew - good and bad news for me; I'll be away this weekend, so can't make any Saturday night event...but am relieved I'll probably be missing a mission session rather than Numina itself!

At some point I'll get SoS levelled up to at least 35 (IIRC he's 33 at the moment) so he's ready whenever Numina does go down - have fun yourselves in the meantime, and see you soon!

Sorry about that guys, but we did have the usual great time!

I heroically led the way on getting the most faceplants, dashing off in odd directions and outwitting the defenders whenever I got chance, but even so we stayed largely vertical.

And after the Croatoa starter it was very nice to be able to land solid punches when you dived in!

As I've never been a soccerball fan I'll be there for the TF - look forward to joining everyone against massed groups we can actually land a hit on!

The level range on this one's actually 30-34, verified the other month (because I took the 34 for a typo myself) when I saw 35s being autoexemped down.

BTW SoS is now 31 (busy weekend ), so well and truly qualified for the TF - let me know if I'm on and you want a bit of extra damage-dealing to help get other people into range.

The day after the TF before - another successful and fun Queen/Beast outing.
