Smdh so its no hope for me to play this game on this laptop

i need help really bad i can't get into Atlas Park at all. the load screen would load but not all the way to apoint it takes me back to the main menu where i hav to sign back in and its frustrated. i just got the account and download the game and i haven't played nothing but the tutorial and its killing me what should i need if anyone come across this please read it if u think u can help please do so thank u

hi im new to CoH and im having trouble getting into Atlas Park. I just started and im a bit frustrated because i want to play so badly. it keeps freezes in the middle of loading Atlas park. I waited a long time until all for stages was done downloading so i can play the whole game but still no changes. i tried everything i don't hat to do. if anyone can help plzzzzzzzz do so. thank u
