Well, where you put in PFF should be Aid Other, and you probably want assault in the place of detention field, it speeds things up considerably. I'd also recomend Tactics where you put repulsion field. And just so you know, manuevers is something like 3% defence slotted, for MMs, which stacks, but, you know. It isn't that great.

Consider getting the MM set Blood Mandate (May need verification) with enough of them, you get an aura in your supremacy range that gives 10% defence.

What're the heroes like in the popular culture and media of Paragon? Would a three year old be seen playing with a statesman doll? Would teenagers have posters or paper clippings of heroes on their walls? Are there Dr. Who like series about heroes on for all the family? Any kind of info, or even speculation, would be appreciated!

I was assuming 9, here. But whatever works better for everyone. 8 might be hard, though..

Surprisingly, i've only just read this... but my 2 cents:
I've had a huge amount of fun, and overall, i think i prefer Aufeis's innocence to Doraks. If this did come back, i;d be coming with her, instead. This also had several good hooks in, and i think it;d be a shame to waste those. But what also must betaken into account is the fact many people now don't have the time, various other RP groups, etc. So, in response, i;d like it if i did come nacl (different day, though) but i don't think it's likely

7 isn't very good, would 9 be an alternative?

Ok, who says we have a relatively quick forum RP, about our respective chars coming into the Zig? That way, we've got a reason for them to work together! (They recognise each other from coming in) This still means the people who want a shared origin story can, because they'll be carted in together, but it'll also mean people who want to be different from each other could do so, because the shared origins would still recognize them. How does that sound to everyone?

Thats what i'd be worried about with that idea, and to a lesser extent,some of the earlier ideas, like the perez one. If we have people joining after we start, then you end up with a difficult time trying to put them into the group, because they weren't around at the start, so why do they get to join the club now? Whereas (and i'm not bigging up my idea here ) if it was called together by M.A.G.I, then it'd be reasonable, as it would be a voluntary thing to join. My villian idea would need work, though...

But theres been some good ideas, guys. Anyone decided on hero or villian yet?

Four people already interested? And when i first posted this, i thought noone'd care! I guess i should get a few more things down in concrete, but i'm tired, so i'll do that tomorrow!

All very nice ideas, but i was mostly thinking of people with existing magical powers being grouped together by some outside organisation, happenstance, or a similar principle. If everyone's more interested in having the same origin (As in the actualy process, not origin as in "Tech, magic, etc") then that's ok. I'm leaning to two alternatives myself, for heroes and villians repectively:

(Hero): M.A.G.I. Needs new recruits, and sends them into Outbreak as a kind of feild test.

(Villian): The "Magic" cells, for some reason, are broken in a fresh jailbreak. Whilst making their individual breaks for freedom, they bump into each other, and end up in a group just to survive on Mercy.

Don't you already have one of those?

This makes me very glad most of my alts are only out on their respective group days, Stal/ Dante

As for ideas, mine have, so far, only gone to "A magic based team" and random musings. I think it'd work better heroside, though, as in heroes, you could reasonably have a group of people with only "Magic" to get them together, through virtue of M.A.G.I. and the fact heroes are more trusting in general, although it'd be interesting to see what would happen for a bunch of unrelated magic villians who just meet up. Like i said, though, my ideas are still very unfinished, and anything helps, so feel free to make suggestions.

I realise there have been tons of "RP team every **** night, **o'clock onwards" Kind of things, but has anyone ever made a magic orientated team? Was just interested, as i've been thinking about one for ages, now, just wondering if it has been done before, and if no, was anyone interested in giving it a go?
