If greens arn't in the equation, general markers I set for myself is Recon just under 3/4, DP at around 1/4 and MoG/IH if I don't have DP up and i've allready used Recon and its still recharing @ 1/4. But inbetween the insps popping and what not, those markers tend to change.

well for starters I can't see myself on my regen (bear in mind its a stalker) getting to the point where i'd actually be using havoc punch (which has the placate proc slotted) if target chosen isn't dead by the end of AS+TS+Sharks and theres people around I dont usually stick around to the bitter end. Secondly if I needed the placate, I'd use.. placate.
