Psi/em sounds fun. First you'll duel my tall tank, then I'll bring my arch/dev (same logic from last post applies). Then after we can do a nice even psi/em vs psi/em duel. I rarely play that toon since its so damn easy to play, but I'll make a exception this time. -

As far as your "other" pvp toons, pick one (my guess would be the regin son). Either that or we could do something that was actually fun, like ranged vs ranged? A even match should be something like your mind/fire vs my arch/dev. That way I might actually loose. -

But I'd still prefer the ill/emp over anything else. For starters superior invis has no movement penalty. Second you can pick up a confuse and group invis (good for starting off a team match with) and third you don't have to worry about a stealth IO.
For starters, I haven't done the fiteklub thing for over a year. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if I could whoop your elec/therm on that tank, something that should never happen. You're just that bad.
lets put it like this you played an aweful energy/energy blaster in RV once which i ended up farming you got a boner over it and ever since have had this immature 'thing' for me.

Emps should focus more on healing and buffing rather than damage dealing so the primary doesn't matter that much.

I 3 slot steadfast on vill sides for my epic resist (lev) for the +HP, if I fit in a fourth slot I put a res/end HO.

If you're talking about having +3% dmg or even +5%dmg more then no, it's really not worth it... keep the dmg procs - if you can fit in more +HP with only taking out 1 or 2 dmg procs then sure go for it... but again if you're getting only +15hp more, then no. -
by nerf i mean take levi mastery and use hibernate like a pro.

The defense shield looks blah to me, but PFF seems like a decent substitute for Hibernate if you play with a healer and you wind up getting Poisonous Ray as a reward.
Or do people have enough accuracy nowadays to blast through PFF? Wondering, because my dom is getting towards the level where he'll get to pick his patron and I'm a bit torn.
Also I used this build on my EU's mind/fire.. never copied it on the US unfortuntaly its HP is the only thing that buggs me, arguments can be made with taking TK and the snipe etc.. but I deffinetely don't see an argument for taking blaze.. If you're fitting a 40 range attack that does the same dmg as 2-3 of your other attacks in a 5-6 powers attack chain you're doing something horribly wrong.

HERE. I'LL DO IT.
1. Warshades cus when there is big group near u then u can turn monster mode and do aoe attack to make ur damag very strong also can TP high in air makes ppl dizzy
2. Blaster doos lots of daimge but if u make one don't take super speed cus its 2 fast to control and fliers will own u
2. (TiE) Defender because they can get archery and TA and i am heard that archery is top damage set for balaster so u can does lots of damige and take fly so they cant hit u cus u make them stuck to the floor
3. brute/tank/scrapper is all tie becasue u can get veteran sand of mu power and make dark melee so u take shadow maaul and then can get flurry so u have constant attack chane
4. all other one is tie for forth cus not 2 good very easy to kill and also only noob plays corrupter or dominator cus is weak and easy to kill and peavebringer is just worst version of warshade... also veats are bad but crab spider can be good if u take omega maneuver -

My only experience of /nrg was also earth/nrg so I worked a lil different after the TF, would land an OP stun and call it a day, but thats irrelevant.
