farming is going to be the end of this game. Looks like the devs are going to help make this city of farmers even more with this issue.

As I recall, they're severely nerfing the XP and rewards one can earn within MA arcs, as they're supposed to be 'simulations', not actual missions. That is to say, no salvage drops, no recipes, no enhancements, reduced chance of inspirations, and reduced XP.
Which of course would take away the impetus to 'farm' from them. Now it might also take away the impetus to actually RUN them, as well, but in my view, after I've pushed three heroes and two villians to 50, I know of plenty of existing arcs that can be farmed, I just want new stories to explore. -
It depends on the character. I think I've used all of them at one time or another, except the supernatural ones.

I'm a big fan of instrumentals and obscure rockers.
Joe Satriani, Ride - I used this in a video slideshow of the 2005 Hollister Independence Rally.
Satriani, Flying in a Blue Dream - This is such an awesome song, I'm surprised more people haven't used it as intro or 'travel' music.
Tangerine Dream, 21st Century Common Man (parts 1 and 2) - I love Tangerine Dream, they have this amazingly orchestral quality about the compositions, all played by sequencers, synths, loops, and such.
Vangelis, Blade Runner End Titles
Michelle... this one's for Course of Superhero Romance... the setting should be obvious. Vangelis, Love Theme from Blade Runner -
Heh. I tried the toga... but it just made her look fat.
The Bacchants/Maenads tended toward a very 'minimalist' mode of dress, simple rags, animal skins, etc. Of course, they were also stark raving mad... which I've of course had to tone down as far as Bacchantia is concerned. She's just a sweet little party girl.
And Wassy has her completely pegged in her sketch, with just the ref and a little background info. This is why Wassy is awesome and I'm blown away. -
Well a lot of the whole 'leveling up' process is either A) learning to use your abilities, or B) getting clearance to actually use them.
We're assigned "Security Levels" so I'm thinking it's possibly both.
And yes, I do have a character (my main) who put her abusive boyfriend through a cinder-block wall, to ward off his attacking her. The dangers of newly-empowered people acting in self-defense.... of course, she didn't kill him, but she may as well have - he was rendered paralyzed from the neck down. And yes... aggravated assault charges were considered... but dropped when the DA saw HIS rap sheet and decided that "no jury would convict."
I see the problem... but then again, what with the limited bio space and the badly written concepts running around, I try not to analyze too deeply. -

Hrmm... I'd better not intro my latest character... Y'all will run me out of town on a rail.

I can only dream of what I would do if I had Spielberg's budget for movie-making...

... Lego Minifigs are always fun.
... of course the stop-action vids with them are always a riot. My favorite was a Rammstein music video.
