Sooner bites her lip and draws a shaky breath. Her gaze flicks off camera for a moment and then she hurriedly speaks, "Ok! Ok ok ok! Just don't... I'll do it. I'll do the TF with you, T... just please... don't"
T nods. "I thought you would say that."
As the camera fades out, you can faintly see Sooner whisper "Help me!"*

Here's the situation in a nutshell:
A well run, successful Hami raid is both a joy to participate in, and a boost to future raiding. An unsuccessful raid is a miserable, frustrating experience for all and tends to produce another couple people who declare "I'm not ever putting myself through that **** again!."
Josh, talk to T and Kid. See if they'd schedule a raid on a Sunday so you can attend. Watch and learn from the best we have. Get a little experience under your belt and then try this again.
I have been to nearly every raid of the new hami, and been a leader for about 1/2 of those. And... I still don't think I have enough experience to lead a raid.
Bottom line: Because a failed raid can be so miserable, there are many many people who won't even bother to come out to try if they don't have confidence in the raid leader. Get a bit of knowledge behind you, and then let's try this again! -
