some people are posting that GR is live right now. im not home so i cant confirm but it looks like an early release for prepurchasers.

is this the scrapper version? i saw that in the latest mids it does a bit more damage than stalkers but i havent been on beta much to know if its true.

Possibly the series finale, but technically only the third season finale. They brought back the white shadow and did a whole "24" parody complete with immitation jack bauer. this was a Huey focused episode, which i liked. also, even though he hasnt had much dialog most of this season he still managed to get his mindset across with his choices and a couple of lines to tie it all together.
I have heard rumors of a movie, or that McGruder is going to be writing for some other project and had to close the show so noone else could continue it and run it into the ground but i guess only time will tell since sony shut down his twitter for hinting that this might be the final season. hopefully he continues the comic or even keeps the show going on adult swim even at one season every two years. -

Everything else you can click on without much issue. I do keep all my patches binded (Sleet, Freezing Rain, Oil Slick Arrow, Ice Slick (yeah downie regins git raek stfu)) because it is awfully annoying to go all the way to the corner of the screen only to have to go to the middle again when you can save yourself the mouse trip and bind that shiz.
one weird thing about always using wasd over the years is my hands naturally fall into the wasd position now whenever i have to sit at a keyboard. -

i have gotten paid time back a couple years ago but i had not logged in during that paid time either. i basically cancelled on the day of renewal and they charged me anyway and i didnt find out until i got my bank statement a couple weeks later. i ended up calling some 800 number and getting credited once they looked it up to confirm. since then i am more aware of when i do it because i do cancel often and renew because i tend to get bored easily.
now getting an expansion back may not work if you dont whine enough and in the right way. you might just want to eat the loss and hope you decide to come back one day when the game interests you again. -
make both if you have time, or just wait till the GR patch notes, theyre supposed to be opening up the PPPs & APPs for ATs after you switch sides. i was planning to make a traps corr or def depending on what they say about that alone. neither with assault rifle though, horrible set.

i hope the stalker AS animation is unique. im thinking something like kamehameha from dragon ball.
oh btw, what will the AS be called(strike, blow, etc..)? do we know yet? -

i found powerboosted thermal to be lackluster in zones, but mine is sonic. that extra to hit and perception are worth more than what you lose in trade. only power i saw you dont need is the snipe(take thaw instead), i loved sniping on my older dark/therm but those were different times...

for zones(not RV), devices is pretty decent with sonic imo because anytime you need to you can bust out an anti-AS field so that you can make some use of shout on top of -res stacking from shriek/scream. on top of that you get webnade and screech all before most other blasters start to become really special.
i have one and enjoyed it but i wouldnt make another /dev, the gimmick gets boring once you level up into RV range. i know of a couple people who have a psi/dev but its pretty much the same experience except you can take a snipe and its more frontloaded damage.
i have played with a well buillt mental and its meh at best. drain psyche isnt all its cracked up to be and scare takes like 3 seconds to animate a 2 second mezz. mental is behind /em and /dev imo because it doesnt really provide anything that the others cant do better, but its relatively new so most people ignore that fact.
your son/dev build looks very pve oriented to me, i'll post mine when i get on the computer that has it saved but basically you want 1606hp, -32kb on top of acrobatics, 40-60% -rech, hibernate, the 3 blasts and aim with screech, drone, cloak, trops, webnade, leaping/fitness/speed/leadership and maybe gundrone if you can fit it in. it should be fairly cheap to build but i havent kept up with the markets much lately to know for sure.
edit: oh and i forgot to mention fire blast is bad because frozen armor resists it and every blast/troller has frozen armor. -
if i ever get a couple of consecutive hours to play this is something i was planning to use post GR. should be all cheap stuff except 2 lotgs and an optional miracle.
asston of ranged defense(70+ supressed before DR) was the main goal, but on a budget. it didnt break 1700hp but its close enough for zone tardery. also no concealment pool in favor of temps because i dislike stealths -run and the whole point of the AT is to see stalkers.

caging was one of the most retarded mez's in the old system. one button to completely eliminate one or more players for the entire duration of combat is not fun(and required zero skill), especially when you knew you were going to be the target of perma caging.
anyone who wants it back the way it was is just being nostalgic for the sake of being nostalgic. we have tons of better stuff to want back before this.
