Quote:If you're feeding the other side kills that's your issue. If hiber/phase are the only way you can survive because of TS, that's also your issue. You forget that many people have to hiber/phase because of retarded TS on first place. So what, i am suppose to log in zone where one side camps other and feed them kills? No, ty.
Besides drop rates are low not because of hiber, they are low because pvp Ios drop as often as purple + you get this chance only every 5 min....you will never kill as many players in given time as NPCs = your math is wrong, hibernate/quit "fix" wouldn't fix the issue.
My comment was sarcastic about the drops...but dying never hurt anyone in this game and it certainly wouldn't hurt for you to die instead of logging out. -
That or you can just die and go to the hospital. There isn't any penalty for that. Maybe hurt feelings.
Maybe this is why PvP IO drop rates are so low. No one is dying! They're logging out instead. -

Wait, yes I can. Random, single sentence posts. Here goes...
Chicken club on rye.
Sorry, I'm busying myself with making huge piles of virtual loot -- like was suggested. I don't have time for long posts. -

Ah yes, name calling. That'll teach me.

Shocking that the usual suspects have an issue with what I said.

Quote:Nice try. So clicking on a link to see its content is indiscrete?By opening this thread, you failed at discretion.
By posting in it, you failed at humility.
Thanks for playing, anyway.
Your second point makes no sense.
And, you're welcome for playing.
LOL. Yes, getting lots of fake money = high finance and wealth building. -
Would love to see Assemble Team added to this pool with a shorter timer than the vet power.

This thread is just another in a long line of "my e-peen is bigger than yours" threads that are pretty much standard for this section of the forum.
There's something to be said about discretion and a little humility. This is the wrong place to find that. -
Wow...this build...um.
OK, I don't know how you play it (Nova only, Dwarf and Nova, Human Dwarf and Nova?), but there are a lot of wasted power picks and the slotting is odd. I guess my input below would change based on how you play it.
It seems you skimped big-time slotting some of your key human-form powers, so that would lead me to believe you don't spend any time in human form. But then you have Stamina and you have it heavily slotted. I guess it's for the set bonus, but you give up 3 power choices for something you really don't need in Stamina (unless you spend a lot of time fighting in human, which I don't think you do).
Build up with only 1 slot? Yikes. How about you pull Stamina from the build and get your set bonuses with Adjusted Targetting in BU and you'll even have room for the +perception IO. I'd also put my Hectomb/other IOs and slotting into IS instead of White Dwarf Strike.
The damage resistance enhancement in Incandescence does almost nothing for you. Put a -KB IO in there instead.
At any rate, there's more, but without knowing your play-style it's just a guess. -
I tend to agree. I farm at +2/x8 with my SD/SS/Pyre and by the time I hit Footstomp, Fireball, Shield Charge and Footstomp they are all dead. There might be an Lt. or two that survive the opening volley...but they get destroyed by KO Blow and other single target attacks. And then it's on to the next group. There is absolutely no downtime and the only thing that limits your speed is how much +recharge you can squeeze into your build.

Sonic/Therm is better becuase of damage output...? Just curious to know the merits of Sonic/Therm vs. Elec/Therm

Another vote here for a Taunt bot with formidable damage...it'll keep the heat off you, including webnades.
Of course, you'll still be hit with webnades...so what is the "solution"? Two ways I deal with it are:
1. Drop to Human and SS out of it. This will give you a good chance to pop BU and use Incandescent Strike.
2. Just stay in Nova as long as you can and try to blast your way out of it. Yes, you're vulnerable, but you can dish out a pretty good helping of damage in a few seconds.
You could also stay in Dwarf for a bit and taunt your foe to get their range reduced then get yourself back into Nova for more attacks.
Also, I'd be very interested to know how you squeezed 200 ft. range into your build. I thought getting to the 160 - 170 range was good. -
I figured as much. It bothers me when Doms or Trollers drop them in the middle of that fight and Rom's health bar fills right up.

Just a quick question. Wanted to settle a debate I had with a friend as to whether or not the Healing Nictus on the ITF heals off Carrion Creepers.

Quote:Nah, I'm referring to some purple recipes that began in the area of 20 - 30 million and go for 10x that today. Other recipes, outside of certain uniques and hard to gets have seen some inflation, but not nearly the same amount...seemingly.... would those be Crushing Impacts, Devastations, or Steadfast/Karma -KB's? Because those have all dropped in price dramatically from their highs.
I think the money's mostly moving into the very-high-end stuff. There's probably some overall inflation (I think if you picked six items at random the average "last five price" has doubled over the past year) but it's been very much more dramatic in, for instance, purple recipes and respecs than it has been in level 35 generics. -
Quote:I agree to a certain extent, but it seems there is Inf inflation - recipes that used to sell in the 10s of millions are now in the hundreds of millions. Are those recipes that much more valuable/in demand, or has the value of influence been watered down? I guess that's my big question.as there is no telling what kind of market hijinks the devs will think up next, I prefer to keep my assets liquid for flexibility.
I remember when people bragged about their vast stores of super valuable Rare Arcane Salvage.....heh.
The same sort of devaluation can hit anything in the game at a dev's whim.
Inf isn't exactly rock solid itself, but it's more stable than anything else we can get hold of. -
I don't have a character that I currently have any interest in rebuilding to include purple sets...however, over the course of the past few weeks I've amassed a sizable collection of purple recipes (around 20 or so).
Is there more value in trying to sell these recipes at a premium price or do you believe there will be more value in holding on to them? -
Are there channels on freedom for TF's? Badges? Raids? etc.
Anyone know which are best to join to get involved? -
I get this when I play on my laptop - and it's an integrated card as well. Pretty sure that is the issue. Not sure what causes it, but I'm sure it has to do with the integrated graphics card.

I'd also be interested in build suggestions for Grav/Fire. I've got one camped at 42 that I'd like to get up to 50 (hopefully with DXP) and use in Zone PvP.
Thanks in advance to any who can provide some help.
