I don't know, Moderator08 never really struck me as having a sense of humor on the job. Then again, he already HAS an avatar.

Maybe they have to get some seniority to be allowed to have an avatar. Moderator06 has one from Death Note.

I could not find posts for the other mods, except Lighthouse, EX Libris, and the SuperMod.

Moderator3 and "CoH Moderator" do not have any posts.

While it goes without saying currently, it might not at a future point (not leaving the Scoop anytime soon I hope, and I'm not yet taking commissions), I'll say now I'll give my permission for anyone that I've have done/will do artwork for to post here for the Scoop (so long as they link back to my original piece).

We have a lead time, and except for the super panic inducing announcements by NCsoft, we are trying to stick to them so that the staff (Proofreaders, Layout, EiCs) are not burnt out. We have had a large turnover in the EiC position is for this very reason.

Basically the staff submissions have to be in a week before we send the Scoop to Ex and LH for review now. This allows the proofreaders time to look over articles over the weekend, and layout to have a chance to make sure that mistakes in the past do not get repeated. It also helps the EiCs who have real life demands (I am going to post secondary school, for example) time to deal with any issues that arise from said tasks.

Outside submissions tend to need another 4-5 days (so the Monday before the staff has to have their articles turned in) so we can get everything set up.

All this is a long-winded way of saying that White_Gravel did submit it yesterday, and it will be in the April 11th Scoop.

Cut partly due to size of the scoop, and partly because I didn't think it would provide meaningful content thanks to the signal (information) to noise (cries of Doom, developers hating x side of the game) ratio.

Sadly, I haven't seen this much overreaction to an addition to the game (as opposed to a nerf) in a long time.

I'll be uploading those of my best works that I am allowed to (basically, the ones that I have rights to use as a few of my school projects have images that can only be used for school assignments and specifically not allowed put on the web for display outside my assignments).

I'm busy tracking down permissions for a few of my other works, or editing out/replacing the borrowed material with my own before I upload. So it might be a bit sparse for the next little while.

Empathy will not get transfered to villains as-is. Poison and Empathy are currently on the "do not port list" thanks to thematic reasons. The plan is to eventually port over the rest of the sets.
