Eochaid Ollathair is a good one, as Ba suggested. I was also a fan of Mug Ruith, who happened to be known for summoning storms.

Could go with The Triquerta, Trefoil, or The Nonegram. Could also make him an homage to a God or an fleshed avatar of one like Cernunnos, Leucetios, or Stine Bheag. Manann/Manawyddan was always my favorite.

Might look at the forest aspect and use a type of tree. Alder was know for it's properties in weather working so you could play off of that.

Or just stick him in a robe and call him Archdruid of Justice or something equally lame.

The problem is this is already prevalent. Nothing against 2 stalker/taunt tank/tk lineups that are being used.. they're effective and there's a reason most are running them. But, it's still a pretty cheese lineup.
