The match ended up being 11-1 or something, but I was quite happy with the result. First time I ever lost a match so decisively but still felt like I won.
[/ QUOTE ]
Looking at the pic it says 11-0.
Was the whole one kill thing total bs or is this guy really good with photoshop. -
Its risk vs reward right? I was popping in to get a shivan and saw someone farming a alt. I hung next to the alt and killed it every time they tried to rez. Was pretty easy seeing I was on my stalker. Kept it up until the person logged.
Me = risk -
7 hours of mind numbing boredom
3 accounts at $15 each
15 pvp drops for around 2 bil
If you have the patience, time to waste and real money to blow farming pvp ios to make fake game money I say you earned every cent of that 2 bil.
You also earned the right to my sympathy -

even would be 4 and 4 or 5 and 5. if your PvP team had 4 and you were facing a team of 5, that would be considered evenly split? lol

Notice the "pretty" part of the post? I'll break this down for you little one.
Pretty = almost
And here is another you may not know:
2+2=4 -
Sig seems pretty evenly split to me. 4 ranged and 5 melee...

I remember when the wing recipes came out I was able to purchase a tech set for something like 20mil. I might as well have put a fee inf sign on my head when I wore them. I would get at least 5 people a day asking me if I could buy them wings. My reply was "Sorry, if I bought everyone wings that asked I'd be out here using the panhande emote."
It still makes me wince when I think how much I wasted on those costume pieces. -

Your also going to notice that all the downy scrappers in RV are going to spam webnade, calatops, and Headspliter.
[/ QUOTE ]
I wants me some calatops. -
Could be that, or possibly the "small chance" part?
Maybe he thought you could get them from npc's in PvP zone? -
So why cant you get any? That quote didn't really explain anything about your problem.

I'm in the same boat youre in. Pre i13 I visited RV regularly. I tried RV in i13 and was disgusted. PFF, flying death fish, hibernoob and broken elusivity made me totally ignore that zone. The PvP change felt much more prominent in RV and much less so in SC so I enjoyed SC more.
SC was still pretty busy after i13 but as time went by the zone kept getting less and less people showing up. Now for most of the day the place is a ghost town, so I've started visiting RV again. I have to say things have improved since i13 and I'm actually having fun there now.
I agree with you super, my em/wp stalker is easier to play in RV then sirens. Granted I get more kills in SC due to the the noob factor, less resist on squishies and no hibernoob, but I can take much more abuse in RV due to my own t9 and patron. Only real threat in RV is those damn heavies. They account for at least 80% of my deaths.
As far as teaming in SC, all you really have to do is start inviting yourself and call out targets. Usually its both sides that are working solo so when the other sides gets some type of teamwork its all too easy. Yesterday I was on my bs/regen in sirens, made a team of 8 (80% of the heroes were not on a team), called out targets and totally cleared out the zone of villains. Was a blood bath. Funny thing is I felt bad so I swapped onto my new stalker to help out and about 10 minutes later the villains had taken back the zone. I don't know if the hero team fell apart or nobody took the position of leader but within minutes they totally lost control and were pushed back to the base. Got sick of the base camping so I rolled over to RV. One guess to what was going on in RV when I showed up... -
If this is a ADDITION to the pvp drop system we currently have I'm all for it. Sounds like a great idea.
If its a replacement I'm totally against it. Half of the stuff mentioned was pve content (pill boxes, shiven, ect), something I have no real interest in doing at all.
I feel you should get pvp IO's from actually pvping, not killing npcs. But if it's a extra way to get pvp IO's it sure couldn't hurt. -
Air Sup stacks and can drop someone using hover so I assume impale can.

IF you know how to PvP
[/ QUOTE ]
There lies the problem.
An personally I've got more pvp drops on my scrapper and tank then I have on my stalker. Nothing to do with AT, it's all about luck. I got one the other day just from teaming with my rad. I didn't make any kills myself, I just helped the team by debuffing and spamming char and rof. -

I won't argue with you about the fighting pool but NONE of my Stalkers use it and few here on the boards will recommend it.
[/ QUOTE ]
Personally I love shadow meld in my WP stalker. I can see it being even better on a nin. It gives my WP at least soft capped def across the board on top of the good resist and capped HP. Add SoW and he basically turns into a scrapper. I agree patrons can be skipped on a stalker, but shadow meld is full of win. -

Does this count?

Yep.
I have a 39 spine/da that's not nearly as fast as what you have going there. Impressive.

Thank you
That's actually my old build. Hes much faster now. -

Any suggestions on a hero powerset that once IO'd can own a stalker that is also IO'd? Energy/regen specifically.

Lol, looks like someone got the SC pros riled up. Now we just need some input from BB.

Seems like a pretty calm constructive post to me, but trolls usually blow things out of proportion. -
I'm known as a SC regular. In fact I'd say pretty well known since I PvP there the most. Call me a PvP noob if you wish but I pay $15 a month to have a good time, not pay attention to someones preconceived notion of what a good PvPer is due to the place they have the most fun PvPing.
Sup matt, saw you in zone last night. Was running my bs/regen. Regardless of what people say you're a good stalker in my books. Most people cant pull off the escapes you can with phase. Seen you pull off some pretty amazing stuff in SC. -

And if the same thing was possible in the hero hospital you can believe there would be an uproar. But since it's the villain's problem no one seems to care.
[/ QUOTE ]
Villains can do the same thing in SC. All they have to do is log on another account or have a friend tp them into the "intensive care units" of the SC hosp. There are several safe spots where they are out of reach from drones.
I remember one time I died on my troller, rez'd into the hero hosp and ran into the hallway leading to the vators. I clicked rest and a few seconds later was hit with a impale to the back of the head. I looked around and a stalker was standing in one of the res rooms totally safe from drones (and this was after they fixed the under the map exploit).
It is easier in the vill hosp since its all connected and not separate floors, but it can be done in the heroes base. -
This guy is a fite kluber. He seems to have a pretty good rep for taking down tanks and scrappers. Personally never heard of the guy before he was mentioned to me last week.
It funny because the guy that told me about him said "hes better then divines stalkers".
