More time in english class and less time ranting on the forums would probably be a good idea for him, but yeah, this kid is gold for the lulz.
But going through life making no sense must be frustrating, so unless he wants to buy everyone retard>english translators, he probably should tighten up his vocabulary and communication skills.
The bottom line is: If you want to speak in public, you must learn how to communicate properly, or no one will take you seriously, or worse, people will think you are dumb. -
I have found that with PB Fort I rarely need heals at all for my team...much less AP.
When you can powerboost fort 3-4 players at a time, theres few teams that should have players in trouble enough to need healing. You fort the scrappers and blasters and everything exept STF Recluse is basically a neutered bunny.
If you run into a AV/GM maybe a poorly IOed tank might need a PB fort too, but in most circumstances, I slap my buffs on the damage dealers, then start trowin phantom armies and stuff- my healing rarely comes into play.
With IOs nowdays, theres really a lot less holes in builds that healing needs to plug. Many players cap def on their own, and those that dont just need the aforementioned PBed Fort to keep them green. Not getting hit means not needing heals.
Its actually a nice change in how my Ill/Emp plays. I nowdays spend alot more time buffing and casting PA/ST/blasting because the heal clicks are so infrequently needed on teams.
None of this might apply to those who dont slot membrane HOs into their fort, or who dont rely on PB, but once youre properly slotted up, you really can drop the extra heal power for something you will use more. Or just keep a second build with AP/ Heal Other just in case you do MoSTF... cant think of any other time youll ever really need AP. -

I just dont care, your state of care or not caring has no bearing on my lack of care, therefore; continue caring, or not caring as you yourselves see fit, and keep in mind that I, myself, do not care, so your desicion to care or not care will not increase or decrease my state of care.
Now then, I will go about my day not caring about this, and you, yourselves, will no doubt go about your days either caring, or not.

Ice/Storm may be fun, but if were talking generating huge piles of fake income...fire/rad wins on any day ending in the letter Y.
Plus its hard to be a bad /Rad, but its pretty easy to be an annoyingly bad /Storm. -
Plus, they gotta hit you to KB you. Most good Fire/rad builds stack a bit of def to S/L or melee to get close to the def cap while standing in piles of foes waiting for them to melt from hotfeet/cloud.
So, 4 mag KB protection is plenty for me. -
Meh. tricky tactics, but i like to kill things on my blasters... not play as an ineffective controller.
Frozen aura has perhaps the worst accuracy base in the game, and is only available at lvl 38- if you really want an AoE sleep you can pick up the AoE sleep from /cold epic powers at 41, which has normal accuracy, and is a targetted AoE not a PBAoE, making it much more sleep friendly.
I prefer to destroy my targets over spending activation times and power picks on weak controls though, so frozen aura having no damage component, and also having the terribad base accuracy makes it to me the absolute worst tier 9 power available to blasters.
In the time it takes to lay out all the poor control, i could just have built for softcapped def and obliterated the targets with AoE damage with my cast times.
On a defender this doesnt apply, but Id still rather being doing nearly anything else with my cast times then laying out poor controls.

No. Time bomb is not the worst tier 9 in the game.
That would be blaster /Ice Manipulation tier 9 frozen aura.
That power takes worthless to another level.
But yes. Time bomb sucks as well. -
The other day I was playing my lvl 4 scrapper and decided it was a good idea to set my team level to 4 people/-1 level to see if i could level faster... after about 3 seconds of getting beaten on, I was out of insp, and ready to eat pavement.
So I hit my self-destruct since I was going down anyways, and I get faceplanted mid countdown... but wait! Self destruct keeps counting down even though I am defeated, and I explode with a vengeance on the foul mobs who gave me the beating, finishing them off and getting me enough xp to level up and get the auto rez insp spam!
I then proceeded to pwn face on the rest of the surviving mobs, before calmly exiting the mission going to level up, and resettting my diff level to something more lvl 4 appropriate (the timer on self destruct is just too long to count on it for every spawn
)

Regardless, its great! I was running and leaping all around CaD's center tonight on my ninja MM who I'd tabled for half a year. This pack might just get me to focus on him again.
Just put a stealth Io in sprint and voila! you are now stealthy ninja running.
I actually dropped a second prestige sprint into my tray last night and slotted it with a run IO, so I can toggle on and off my original sprint power (with stealth IO slotted) then toggle on the prestige sprint and ninja run together for actual travel- and it gives me the 2 min stealth from the IO while I still run at slotted sprint speed without actually having to use a placed slot in sprint.
Basically all I did in game last night was run around and flip using ninja run... damn I am easily entertained. -

Physical violence is not the first and only answer to problems, but there is indeed a place for it, and it must be used sometimes to enforce a law/rule/consequence of action.
Its not the point if you do or do not physically best the person you stand up to, the point is the standing up in the first place, and not being a victim, or letting someone else be a victim or injustice that cannot be solved in another way.
But let me tell you this: most people will indeed follow the rules/laws/guidelines for a decent society if they know a punch in the face is the reward for non compliance.
But this is the internetz! We now live in a world of anomynity and E-life, and people seem to have lost many of the graces they would show if they had to stand across from you face to face and speak their piece.

Heh I get hassled by my friends about some of my 'builds' too. Part of the reason this particular toon hasn't been rebuilt is because it is an i4 build, which is hami'd out, and that I have a celerity stealth stuck into swift.
I was always too cheap to chuck away the hamis and I didn't want to go through 5 respecs to pull out all the hamis, but now with dual builds I suppose I can 'archive' the current build. But that would entail spending time building the toon when I could be out TFing...
Basically I feel the same way, wasting 2-3 hours to fully unslot and respec a toon when my whole weeks playtime is only 5 or so hours just doesnt make sense to me.
But I do it anyways... lol.
I must be a masochist. I guess for me the fun is in having the builds just how I want them... regardless of if I actually ever get to play the darn toons. Its a good thing I dont have all those merits/tickets you have, or id just feel more obligated to waste more time spending them and less time actually using the characters at all.
But its a problem I wouldnt mind having
