But 200% resited at 80% is still 40% which should be 40 something not 60 something.

If we had a no DR, no PvP bonus resists options this might be okay, but this system (DR and TS off), bugged or not is less fun than pure i13 rules, gimped as they may be.

I petitioned this in game as did a few other dUmbies. We're on test testing alternate lineups and we've found that with both "No diminishing returns" and the epic shield on a squishie has a resist of 82% or so, which caps to 75%. This part is working as intended.

What is not is resistance debuffs. They still suffer from DR even with DR off. the same toon with 200+% of resistance debuffs (multiple freezing rains, etc.) still has 65% resistance to all. This kills a storm or sonic or alternate debuff based disruption team. Has anyone else seen this as well?

It works apparently as intended with DR on (both RES and debuffs are diminished. and seems to work close to normal without the epic shield on.

The res capped everyone is kinda BS, I have more fun in RV on Infinity than playing on test. We basically practice or match every Thursday, more than that would feel like work.

I miss base salvage, not as much as I miss i12 PvP, but I digress.

We tried a 3 way FFA but that was unfair to the MMs so in the interest of time, I pulled a Bud Selig and called it a 3 way tie, each getting 35 million. If this had not been done, Trance and Ethan would probably still be fighting.

Gratz on winning the rookie bracket.

Pro bracket wound up in a 3 way tie between Shard, Mr. Liberty and Trance as we had neverwnding ties in the semi-final match.

I think the second line stands for itself. From now on I can only condone farming and justify my actions as follows:

- I no longer PL, I farm Hero of the City badges
- I no longer market, I farm the coins of the impatient
- I no longer run 30 minute ITFs, I farm Romun00b
- I no longer PvP, I farm n00bs
- I no longer make ludicrous posts, I farm lolz

Just watched the trailer, two impressions:

I'm not stoked until I know more. If side switching involves sacrificing badges/levels/whatever then I won't care for it. Also we have no idea what content beyond side switching this will hold. So waiting and seeing.

Also brutes are what scrappers should have been, not evil tanks.

As far as /dev, I've seen Welldone excel on his sonic/dev blaster, but skill is a big factor there.
