Dark melee is much improved.
Cold defenders are ridiculously good.
Very few market changes are manipulations of the marketers, so much as manipulations of the devs (i.e. supply changes due, directly or indirectly, to code changes)

To Empire's point- I ran my ice/SS in i11 and i12 in zones and was more OP than now. We used to run toons that barely had SOs in Warburg and wreck uncoordinated teams.

A slight refutation of Empire's points- even with DR and IO'd toon has an advantage over a non-IO'd toon especially in damage and recharge, procs as well. However defense and resists are all messed up in the new system.
You can still evade but it is muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch harder. I'm not sure how this is newbie (or n00b) friendly.
