Take out mobs that drain endurance first.
Obviously, no travel powers or unessessary toggles on while in combat.
Do not auto Hasten.
Pace yourself.
AOE's generally take more end, so don't fire them off unless you are actually hitting more than 3 mobs. -

If they die with a full insp tray and I get the "this peep has no room" when I am trying to drop a wakie on them, I assume they have everything under control and they intended to be horizontal.

Don't worry too much about specific builds. You really don't need to min/max to enjoy the game. Even if through playing, you f the build up bad, you have two alternate builds you can fall back on.
Once you have a better grasp of what you want to accomplish with a toon, then hit mids and try to work it out. IO stuff will come in time, you already have a ton of info to absorb. Never feel foolish posting a build, the more eyes the better I say. Worst case, pm me a build and I will take a look at it and give you feedback if you want.
But really, just play the game, and the rest will fall into place. -

Not trying to dissuade you, and it can certainly be played that way, but I am dropping another acid mortar and pgt as soon as they recharge.
Mind you, for kicks, I imagine it would be hysterical to set up trip mines around the spawns perimeter and then toss an explosive arrow in the center of them for a fireworks show, but I would imagine it would get boring after one or two times.
It is definitely a combination I have considered, but never get around to rolling.
As for the actuall op... What about rad? Once your toggles are up and running you should be good to pew pew. Or twang twang as it were... -
You mean I don't have to be 80' away to use my blasts? That's a game changer.

You forget to toggle something? Never had that happen on my shield tanker running the same settings.

It is being ported to scrappers. I wouldnt go with energy, but it is your toon.

Fire/traps corr. Put the proc in trip mine. Toe bomb, nuke, snipe at will.

My thoughts exactly. Even for runners. I have yet to find a mob that can out maneuver ss+cj. I understand pre level 4 it might be an issue. My first 6 months playing the game I was an emp. Chasing down players is much more challenging than mobs.
