    So, I've made up a little list of alternative options:

    1) Make the crash -50 max end. Those who have fought vanguard know this is still quite tough, as it would halve the rate of end recovery, but it would still alow recovery and toggles to break even.

    2) Increase the recharge on Rage so it can't be stacked. That would mean the -25 end drop at the end couldn't be avioded. This could also be done by making it's recharge unbuffable.

    3) Make the crash -dmg -recharge -move speed. If you are tied you won't move so quickly.

    4) Instead of a to hit buff, give rage a -5% to-hit debuff. Remove the crash all together. All that angry flailing about sould make you less likely to hit, not more.

    1. Half would still be somewhat unfair, just actualy like current -def is. Some sets have a way higher end-rec or other ways of regaining endurance.
    2. Make the recharge un-enhanceble, like the WP tier 9 power.
    3. Hm i like that one, works perfect with my granite as he already have massive -slow and some -dmg
    4. themewise perhaps, but it will become way to weak compared to the build-up of all other secondairies (or primairies).

    Or just ditch the entire power and give SS a normal BU like all other sets (dark melee excluded).

    Quite funny that it actualy affect only 1 set.. Tanker SS. Brute doesnt need the damage, they have the tripple ammount easy with fury. Only accuracy might be usefull (tankers can get FA).

    On the other hand, i like this sort of attention, or at least for now. It means they also look at little left in a corner crying powers that they maybe give some extra attention. (like why make such ammount of changes to Mace, while maybe at top 10% of all tankers, hence 1% of the entire playerbase, is actualy playing mace?). It will also be SL, always be a weapon. As long it has the stupid redraw, no thx for me. (i already fed up enough with all redraw sets i currently have - with merc/TA/mu hitting the max).

    I was just reading back, Max Recovery = 0.00% was said.

    Isnt the Nuke of Blasters also with the same 'debuff'? If blasters getting heavely buffed with +rec they can overcome the no-regen. (or that was just a -1000% recovery?)

    I serious dont think you even know power normalisation recently done, and by FAR not the true potention of AR. (trust me, i can outdamage many people with my AR).

    The new casting times of Mace, that been added/changed a while ago. Afaik other changed were reverted except casting times of mace. (was a redname list, old and new casting).
  7. From TA it would be intangle, ice and flash arrow, all the others are debuffs (-res, -dmg, -def, KD, massive AoE hold) wich no other secondairy has of blasters.

    As for corrupters, i believe dev's mentioned they want to keep certain sets 1 side only, such as EA, elec, empath or the thermal/ice support. Exception would be MM, where it is one of the 'gimped' sets of the MM (weapon redraw for the loss!).

    From /dev you can pick quite alot powers as themed Archery blaster, true that you cant make a medival or ancient style kind but its probably the closest (next to nrg) you can get.

    And poison trap is just insanely strong, combined with seekers, the mez-bubble, the res/def debuff, calltrops, webnade, tripmine (really works good). I love this set alot.

    (lvl43 merc/TA, lvl39 necro/trap, lvl36 bot/psn, lvl24 nin/dark, lvl21 thug/dark)

    Powerboosted holds, powerboosted stuns, powerboosted aid self, powerboosted traveling, powerboosted draining.

    So yeah, elec has more dmg, nrg has powerboost
  11. Robin hood would be TA/Arch. But in high-tech style

    Anyway, you dont have to pick all powers, like my AR/ice only has 3 powers of /Ice. Calltrops and webnade imho would suit any theme (robin hood would trow a can of spider-thingie, stickkkkky).

    Same goes with /energy, boostrange you have the vision of an eagle, with high increased range. Powerboost will give you the will of the .. some pet, increasing your abilities. Buildup the power of the bear, superstrength! Conserve dunno.. also some pet.

    As for sonic, there is no sonic melee or controllish (no, resist buffs are not included). That would be a entire new set. Many pick nrg or elec.

    As 3 MM's already can cause mayhem, i would pick Corrupter to increase your defence.

    Corrupter i would say thermal, ice or sonic. Those 3 got great buffs for all pets, sonic also a huge aoe mezz/resist bubble, thermal has AoE healing. Both ice and thermal are quite strong against EB/AV's. Ice is defence based, thermal and sonic resist based (ice would stack lovely with traps Forcefield and dark great -acc). Primairy is free choice, what she like to play. (AR is plain fun, specialy as support)

    Domi is more AoE lockdown, something you guys should be able to do already, has little support to the team.

    -recovery? Crazy?
    Inv and Fire, fighting pool, CJ/Acro, hence FA.. no way you survive 10 seconds. Ok, fire got costume, but it requires tohit. Ice would be save, with that end-drain power. Inv is fooked, only conserve might work.

    Each debuff they would apply affect some set negative. -acc would be Fire vs Ice (fire is nearly all tohit check), -def is resist vs defence sets, -recov is toggles vs drain/little toggle.

    -recovery is part of a Nova power, doesnt fit a power as rage.

    Why not just a -50% HP/end crash? Only fire and elec would be in negative way as they have no +hp power, yet fire has healing flames.

    I like i like! So you can continue your agro management, just at a 0-damage rate (Footstomp woooo).

    But, yet, however, although.. hmm right.

    I feel weird about all these Mace changes, the numbers start to get far above Axe now. Dispite Axe has more control (KU/KD), damage(DPS)wise i feel weird about it.

  19. i have 2heal/2rech/2int, all lvl45 IO's wich give just under ED values. Works pretty nice, as the retarted medic leaves me for healing my mercs.

    Doing 12-14 hours work a day, i have little to no time to get it shorted properly.

    2 more weeks and finaly get some rest again...

    Under Mastermind_pets you can see all its powers. Smokeflash or whatever the primairy power is called (10sec crit.damage nonstop) really is awsome when your genin does that firebreath power, lovely damage. His mez powers become the containment version of fire trollers
  23. I always pick Inv as scranker/tanker/hybrid example, taking every single power of the Inv set, add tough/weave, medicine, fitness, speed, SJ, energy pool (FA, beam, conserve), i dont think you have much slots left to take any 'hybrid' powers.

    Dropping medicine/weave and pop in few more attacks, tend to go more hybrid.

    Dropping tough, taunt, auto resist powers, unstop maybe and taking more attacks would tend to be more of a scranker (basicly by having resist numbers of a inv scrapper).

    Some sets are just too difficult to be both great tanker as a fast-solo-scranker, like a inv/DB or a WP/fire. (without taking IO's to compensate lacks).

    Then again, does it mather?
  24. Sadly, though your case luckely, there is a huge difference in the sets at low lvl. A set Inv is pretty much gimped at low lvl due lack of any form of mez-resist. WP has basicly all the juicy powers in the first few lvls, where the others get their juice at way later lvl. Ice just is a pain in the end-hog-butty and Stone has to pop in and out of Rooted to prevent mezzing.

    Imho, at your lvl the only difference between u and a troller is more HP and some little resist/defence.

    WP seems very start-friendly, out of the box it got quite nice specs together with some endruance loving and strong solobility.
  25. Thorn has a plus, having -defence it accept the Proc chance to resist debuff. Makes a quite nice increase of damage.
