I eventualy took my 30 and continued on earth (Rince was the name), not that great idea being 1 shotted by nearly everything But i stay with my opinion, if they gave it way more advertising back in the old days it could have been a stable game.

I got a trashload screenshots, and i dont think any MMO will ever give the feeling again that i had with a handfull of people getting back a AFS base, or defending one.

edit, also noticed Avatea did the last few notices, how you feel about it being totaly gone now?

Agreed, managed to see most places now (serious, thats alot of running) and man those graphics dudes did awsome jobs.

Now just to stick to 1 character, rather then jumping around als, and i might have a 50 by tomorow

And what about the level pact? WoW was earlier with that, OMG COH COPIED WOW!!!! DOOOM I SAY!!.. And they copied superspeed from FWO, they had superhuman running before CoH was even launched

WoW in my experience, got more and more boring the higher you got. Specialy when naxx and alike came:

If i look at the full list of View, clicky, looks like they looking for an entire dev team

Its quite common they yell 'OMG TEH COPY!' on fansites between MMO's, when another MMO happen to have the same feature. Afaik WoW announced dual build long time ago.

and tbh, dual build works better in WoW then CoH, due diversity of builds towards 'job'.

With sapphic. Even on a 8 spawn, the group is too little to go over the 16 cap. Only a few are that scattered you need some tactics.

Most cases, i just TP in, do a footstomp, trow a fireball to the other side and taunt those who missed the first to hits. Mudpots to keep em bit more busy, wack a few, taunt a few, by then your party already whiped em.

Nearly every party has at least 1 troller, specialy a fire or earth can lockdown an entire group in seconds, making herding more a waste of time then it actualy helps.

Added, even on TF's, having a kin is not an exception wich helps alot for granite tankers. I tanked kinda everything to be tanked ingame (even hami once ), you dont 'tank' alone, you fight as a team. You rely on your team just as much as they rely on you.

I never understood this argument. A clicky with a long recharge isnt up always when u need it, if wet ice need extra mez prot they can pop a breakfree same style. (as afaik they both have the same mag prot base - although no fear). Like unstoppable on Inv, they can reach also very high magprot, but nobody really ever took it into an argument.

Its not really the point if Shield is _better_ then others, just that it is just as good as the other sets. My playstyle doesnt suit shields, i have more use at fire or stone.

The thing i still dont like about shields, and actualy inv partly, the limited ammount of attacks. Specialy on EU side its not uncommon that i solo alot, i never pick my inv. My granite and fire tankers have more slots to spare and still be 'fully' tankable so i can put some extra attacks to solo on a better pace.

I have a 32 on the US side, easier to party there and with a thermal or sonic its a lovely set.

Added, would you give such build to a new player? The lotg's alone will cost quite a bunch (although they extra, not needed). I join the SO comparing stuff

Check the main shield topic, numbers are there with and without tough/weave.

Although it indeed lacks a sort of panic button, in duo with a good support, it still does great work.
