If people could play MMO's with dial up and ISDN, everything beyond 256kbit is already playable, as long u got sufficient upload (aka, turn off BT).

Well i do think they can add 'static' cutscenes, like a shot on a hossie you have to rescue or a certain target on the map (boss etc).

But they will never be as cool as GW's cutscenes

The recharge on all these powers is soo freaking long, it aint worth it to rely on their control abilities.

Just add the servers on the list with the US, if you wanna stay.. stay. If you want to transfer? Go transfer. But at least give the choice, rather then being stuck in a basicly dying server.

That you dislike US people is your own problem, but its rather hypocritish to say only they have the tarts. At least there you still have options, here at the AE all i read is lvl1-10 peeps asking for exp, outside that you're pretty much on your own (defiant).

Again, i rather be put in a populated server and fight against the n00bs then sit around in a freaking empty server doing not except solo'ing my alts.

If people still think u need brains for this game, even against AV's this game is [censored]-easy, the handfull of TF's you need to think a bit you only do once in a blue moon and thats about it.

My US account hits 18 months soon, i know how US is and i know why i prefer that place. But since i have a 2 51's here and NCsoft is too retarted to even try getting new people on EU servers, i just sit and wait whenever they will do the merge.

And i know quite some tarts on the EU also, sadly due low playerbase, you meet them more often then u hoped for.

Dispite the recent change of pets being unaffected by +recharge, they still get stuck in a certain power.

Quite often the bruiser only trows rocks, the big bot only shoots his laser, graveknights only spam that ranged dark attack etc etc.

but i thought fireball is part of upgrade 2? (along with char/RoF)

I still have my original account at the US side, expensive job to keep all accounts upgraded with the goodies but the playerbase is way way bigger then EU side.

And btw not only Freedom, the others avarage are also bigger then defiant/union (ok defiant being serious small atm).

I just await the day they will merge it, in GW they said for years they wouldnt, but they eventualy did.

As far the power-coloring goes, i only think there will be a static set of colors to pick from. fire would be green, blue and maybe whitish just like real flames can be, no exotic self-picked colors.

Same for elec, blue, yellow, red, maybe even whitish.

In a nutshell, nice features for those who awnt a bit more costumizing. But i dont mind, all new thingies are welcome and enhance my play experience. I make my own fun, my own 'content', i dont need new stuff ever week to keep me busy.

(if only for once, they gave merc some attention)

It is only 10 seconds, where rage lasts 2 minutes afaik. So the chunk is rather small.

With enough recharge you can even stack it for a considerable long time, giving you an even greater boost to damage/accuracy.

Free and does more then anything in the world can do?

Lotsa advertising and zero effect, 99% of what that program does is mere logics if you check your taskmanager and the secondairy effect of CPU-priority can even make your system unstable.

Just like all those download-boosters, internet-boosters, windows-boosters, lotsa air and little effect.

I dont know the base scaling factors of scrapper and brute, but i asume - with no outside buffing/insp - a brute should outdamage a scrapper due his fury buildup.

But once u are free to use anything at hands, scrapper could reach the upperhead if they have a significat higher base damage.

Woooo indeed messing up MA and Mac bigtime.

I bought too much the past few days, so got them mixed up alot. And probably the reason also i never had the valkery outfit after applying yet another code. (so i bought the MA instead of Mac one), and payment history aint that great on the NCstore.

I cant say anything for sure now, since i probably gonna mix up once again You can always try a ticket for it, maybe you get lucky for a quicker reply.

2 days ago i wasted 2x MA 'client' to get the pack, while already having both booster packs. The code applies, done. The MA client only has 1 'key', after you add this you will get the follow-up question wich booster pack you want. In case you already have both, you dont get the follow-up question.

If you only want the MA part (valkery, mission teleporter) you need the ingame-item version of MA, not the full version.

I do believe my tanker was using end-mod set IO, back in the time it was still bugged (it only gave end-reduction, not modification). Best way is to check ingame.

The blaster version does accept, i asume scrapper and other versions thus too.

Still the faulty Level3 connection me thinks. Dispite the servers being in Germany, there are alot of people having even lesser lag on the US servers (both CoH as GW).

Eventualy, you get used to it

Ah the 'free' i refered to the no-limit on body-size/gender anymore.

I have 3 characters wich i regret making them huge male or normal male, so cant wait to put them in a more enjoyable play experience (normal male shield running is no-go, huge male doing backflips aint really my style )

Teaming on defiant is already hard, let alone finding more VEAT's. I've been in a all defender team, all with manuevres and bunch of shields, very fun to be 'immortal' but thats about it.

A kheldian squid is big fun to play, slotting aint a hard job if you stick to the forms and leave human alone.

Besides, i got another 6 characters waiting for exp, they get higher priority
