But it mosty depends on your slotting. U got cash, anything can be good in PvP.

The goodies of the secondairy are great, there is always a set that suits the needs of a player. Some may be more situational then the other, some great for solo, others great for parties. True, some powers might need a bit of redesign, but overal, its good. -

Issue 15 not really was small, it was abused.
It filled the gap that WoW did on his new emblem of err conquest or whatever its called. Lotsa goodies (ok free SO's became no-slotting at all), aiming for the 'big stuff', more casual, player friendly, in short: easy mode.
The impact varies per server, not only US/EU wise, but also among the servers of US.
Is really everyone waiting for yet MORE profiflifin.. copied powersets, waiting for 'super duper hard mode' (well farmers do), power costumisation if you dont even have any power listed? (TA, /dev, AR, Archery, name it..) Am i? My MM's cant change, my Granite cant, my WP is hardly noticable colored, my SD equaly, my trollers, well... earth/ already is totaly annoying and not 100% sure it was colorable.
People worry about CO, i never did. But yesterday i got a survey in the Aion beta, i know THAT game is worrying. Several i know from EU and US side will be moving to Aion, so am i. NCkorea feared canibalism fromout their own games, LA1/2 remained steady. Western side, with only GW (and delayed GW2) and CoH left, it will hit imho harder.
I said it, will say it again: they serious need to think TWICE before putting GR on the EU side. The're too little players to make it that enjoyable, as they always lacked advertising.. i cant blame those leaving for US or other games. Their priorities are far off, instead of focusing on continueing the game, they trash just stuff out like Blizzard doing, keeping current players happy and scaring new players away (EU side). The minor difference? Roughly 11.8 million players. -
And i was hoping the iphone crapne.. i mean hype, didnt hit here...

AE ftw, big time!
Finaly EU came to the moment, when devs just have to see they failed. US got everything, TF's, normal missions, sewer, trials, u name it.. they got it.
I AE farm, and i'm proud of it. Why? To get the goodies, u need the dope. AE provide me SO's for lvling (FREE!!), recipes to sell or use, self chosen mobs, all in 1 nice building. And if my teammate in Steel? No worry, he just enter the same green thingie in Steel, he joins my mission. I use the AH to transfer the inf to US side, where i slot out my new characters to the max.
Defiant, /sea gave 67 villains, i noticed at least 20 'RMTs', 47 villains at 10pm? A joke. -

In the world of positional softcap, 18-20mil is a plain joke. Everyone and his dog are adviced to go softcap, on any AT, but nobody every mention the prices. The more people that want it (demand only goes up), the higher prices it will be. As AE inf farming continues, a 'mortal' should not consider softcap.

Code:Reactive armor afaik aint that expensive, kinetic combat is cheap also and is a great filler for your 'u have to pick that power' slotting. Along with Weave and CJ, 44% defense on SL and a lovely 30ish on the elements. Minor note, combatnumbers go crazy on invincibility, mine nonstop jumping up and down between 25 and 38%, so i not exactly sure what your defense would be
Note, i never checked prices of reactive armor, i may be off on the price big time.. for that, sorry -
I have teleport on my granite, i believe 3 slotted (range, end, range/end) and can live with it just fine. Secondairy i still have fly, so no worries there. If im in granite i can teleport around quite a long time before i really get end-issues.
No toggle running i basicly can keep teleporting pretty much without loosing end (or u wait a slight moment while TP'ing again, u regen enough back already). -

But for slots:
24 => Boxing ==> Dam(24),Dam(45),Dam(46)
Ditch the 2 slots, redraw is bad and u have enough attacks to make a cycle.
Temp Invulnerability ==> DamRes(1),DamRes(5),DamRes(5),Rech(7)
Typo on the last slot? I asume this should be end-red?
41 => Ring of Fire ==> Dam(41),Dam(43),Dam(43)
Same here, ditch the 2. You mainly use this to immobilize stuff (like a AV). Acc or rech is enough.
01 => Sprint ==> RunSpd(1)
If you keep this running, mind that this funny enough can be a end-hog. End-red would be imho saver, max out nett end-recovery
Mind is quite similair, however i dont pick epic powers except RoF, i went for buildup and weave. (ranged might be a issue, but i always got my vet and RoF). -
Smoke, would be double up for /dev. Consume would be double up for elec/fire, melt armor would be more in sync with munition, imho more likely (basicly everything would be available twice then).
@above, lemme guess? You're one of those who say all secondairy should be like 'imba' energy? Or 'ubah' MM? -
They will have to make a choice one way or another, already seen with AE that the actual impact of such is way bigger EU side then US side. Bright side we have a serverless AH, else we would have a serious economic crisis
With upcomming GR, provided it is a seperate zone like RWZ, i dont really see a very bright future for EU side. And without proper advertising as such they do US side, no fresh blood and merely waiting for those there to leave. (be it Aion, be it Co, or whatever reason).
I always said, just give them a choice. Sure, i can rebuild all my characters US side (wouldnt even take that long), but my badges, my veteran, that basicly 'forces' me to stay EU. -
My stalker got stuk at 34 (ninja blade), for me it feels like a defense-regen style stalker, but im not really sure wich you should focus on first. They get mostly type-based defense, a bit of SL resist, some regen.. trying to push out maxed out melee def, not sure if that is smart. Besides that, at 34 i didnt had much IO bonus anyway, i believe only few +recharge from that doctored wounds (heal/regen).

Dont expect much for 'game shops' in Netherlands. Lan-gaming or cafe's are that uncommon, since the majority has a PC already at home. Those few that are around mainly focused on internet, hardly for gaming (let alone they would even have a CoX client on it). Most lan-parties one 1 time only, none are open throughout the year.
I do believe there are some companies that do those rent-outs for lan-gaming, but wont be cheap to rent a place, computers and proper internet acces.
Dont know about Belgium, i presume not much different. -

I pm'ed about every 'weird name' i saw in the list, non i got reply from. Well, only 1 because i mis-telled one of the list, but that was a 'normal' named player.
I even PM'ed one next to me at the BM, he just stood there. Eventualy he jumped off and headed into AE mission. (i felt like a stalker there :P). -
Inv goes from resist -> defense, while SD mainly is defense and can increase his resist (one with shield). Once inv is in melee range, his defense is lovely high. Inv is primairy based on high SL resist and ok'ish resist/def against elementals, using his aura to increase this massive. SD is pure locationbased, in certain situations giving the upperhand.
My major annoyancy? The stupid mez-clicky of SD. So freaking annoying to get your attack chain being interupted by the clicky (i have to set it auto, else i'm sure i gonna forget).
SD is a bit more offensive/team based. They get lovely stats from other teammates, and give some nice defense back. Their aura increase their dmg, while their shield charge is lovely damage. It lacks healing though, but since u defense based, aid self or relying on your team is possible. Inv can be slightly squishy if you fight a elemental AV and you have no other mob around to boost your defense, but dull pain and its unstoppable tier9 really help alot. (or just pop a few purple).
Personaly, i would pick Inv. I love the solid set, their aura is very strong on taunt and the tohit is great bonus. Both are slightly heavy on endurance, so slotting for end-reds in both cases is prefered. Since inv already has a nice base resist and good setup for defence, going for the IO wonders is great on this set. Even if you defense gets trashed, you still got a huge SL resist to back it up. -

See, guildwars, you can see heroes as 'MM pets'. To a high degree fully costumizable and you can even control his powers. (or disable). Based on their powers and weapons, he will perfectly choose to go melee or ranged, and even then u can force him to do so.
If you take some randoms in pets:
-Bot protector always will use heal power when needed, as sort of super priority thing.
-Merc medic however, doesnt. If i'm mezzed, he heals me, if i'm low health, he mez-prot me, if he even notice me.
-Certain powers only trigger at certain range, they did change merc LRM and snipe shot being used afaik at any range, but the moment of usage is away bad. Oni firebreath, Superbot/commando flametrower, they only trigger at certain range. Even if you put them at that range, its a wild gues what they will do, Oni will run melee or hang in the immobilize loop, Commando will randomly go shoot thingie he can.
-Why do mercs redraw _everytime_ a mob dies? While graveknight/junin doesnt?
Necro zombies always have a delay after they have jumped, be it even a 1ft high edge, they have a delay. Ninja seems to have a very weird melee/range issue, with a huge control of sending pets to a certain location they do work ok, but they get stuck in 1/2 powers imho way too often. Also ninja has a strange pathfinding system, even pointing at a open area they make a weird 'line' towards it.
Graveknight seems weird, often when i see em at range they draw their weapon but then suddenly to spam the 2 ranged dark attacks. Sending them melee they have huge delay between attacks, same goes for the junin ninja dudes. Even fresh 'recharged' they do attack #1, delay, attack #2, huge delay, attack #1 again. Also if a mob is knocked back or runs away, they have delay. Delay to run after it, delay to pick a new power, or even to attack if they get in melee again.
Priority of melee/ranged is already in the game, so why not give the option to your pets? (although oni is great melee, i prefer him to stay 100% ranged, like the Lich, who majority of time remains perfectly ranged - while bruiser should imho always run melee and for the single tosser that runs, he use boulder).
I dont mind i dont have full control over pets, but dont say 'binds and macros' will fix it. I dont ask for perfect AI, i only ask for balance among the pets. -
Its slightly strange i only seem them on the villain side, and why on earth on Defiant? Ok based on their numbers (i did a 45-50 checkup on /sea, BIG majority is corrupter), they seem to only party with eachother.

Was just tossing around on defiant, i was in cap and did a /sea. 4 people showed up (including me), but when i checked up my sales on AH, there were like 10 people standing there and non of them were found on search.
Mostly blank characters, dot in the name or very weird names, costumes seems randomly picked (the random button). Basicly no IO bonus, mid 40's or 'blue' 50s just standing there. Non i have found to be in a SG.
Teaming is a plain nightmare already, but what are these doing here? -
