Bots basicly only have the little-dmg laser show of the 3 little pets and the 'ubah' rockets and flametrower of your assault bot. Protector bots only can do the stungrenade (flash grenade?).
Mercs are basicly exact the same, only minor difference at wich lvl you get wich power. -
I can confirm its at least 11, so it breaks the 10 cap. Yesterday helped a guy in Steel to wack 20 trolls, saw a nice group and slapped Footstomp. Instant 9 to go and i saw at least 1 miss popping up (i hate the 5% base miss...)

During sunday's raid, i think i saw someone popping PFF and still dropped a little few seconds later. Likewise an Elude scrapper (at least i think he did that backflip animation) didnt make it more then 3 seconds.
Or i was wrong -

It is like every SS power, knockdown on -1 and higher mobs, and knockback on everything below.

A boss need a double-hold, since he has higher resist to it (minion/lt can be 1 shot hold). IIRC, all hold powers of the epic have the basic 75% to_hit, only the later on aoe's (stalgmites for example) have lowered to hit. A 2x Acc should already be enough to hit +1 min/lt/boss nearly any time, you didnt mentioned what lvl mobs you are fightin; if you're going +4/+5 all the time its pretty logic it wont hit that often

boostrange/powerboost still makes it a very enjoyable power though

Ice/ice is a single target fighter, but by far master of AoE control. You safely can fight a 1 vs 1 but more, you can safely control a complete group.
Ice/ice (and add a hold from epic) is one of the few blaster that can do a instant 4x hold in 1 single chain (freeze ray, bitter FR, frozen touch and a epic hold). Once you finished that chain, you can do it once again. Adding the Chilling embrace, ice slick and the aoe sleep Frozen aura (added EMP from elec epic) you can mass control a complete group before doing a BU/Aim and let ice storm/blizzard finish the entire group.
A tanker will love you with ice patch and Chilling embrace around him (hello burn!), and if its going wrong pop a frozen aura and put a few baddies to sleep. Spam around freeze ray and Chillblain and you can safe your fellow team mates in battle, without much fear you will get some beating.
Add the fact you have 1 of the fastest animations of attacks (very big pro) and the lack of any fighting aoe's become highly compensated by your control-ability. -

My goal is going 2 EndReds in each shield and tough, also acrobatics will get 2 of them. Then your only worry will be the sappers

Dont pin me down on it, but so far i experienced:
5-10 = flypack (jetpack)
10-15 = Jumppack (superjump)
15-20 = rez-thing (selfrez once each hour)
20-25 = ??
25-30 = boost walk/jump/fly (minor)
30-35 = team-recall friend (like recall, but for entire team+pets).
Once you run out, join up a lower team (5-15) and you can get it again. (2 accounts FTW!). So unless they change it, you can perma have travel powers in CoV from mayhems. Though the 2 travelpowers have base-value-speed, can be annoying. -
End drain is now %-based, not point based anymore.

I think its playstyle related too.
Although you can spam your butty off healing your pets with alk, others choose easier and just let them die; focusing on resummoning pets. Specialy with Issue7 fast recharge upgrades can be given fast, though once your big pet dies, not always his summon will be recharged again.
I prefer the 'keep em alive', wich was more related to my bots (long upgrade duration). I went for 3x heal, 2rech,1 endred in my alkanoid, just to be sure i can heal at any time, any place and its great in teams.
If you more go for resummon, i think stamina is less needed. But if you like to fight along using all your powers nonstop (psn debuffing can take a while vs a bigger group) you might have to take it or try to poke in some End-reds in each power. -
I wanted to take /kin at first, but decided Sonic would be a cool team-happy set too (too many kin already). I can skip acro since sonic has that dispersion thingie (res hold diss and ... resist), only knockback will give me a problem.
Almost 14 now, cant wait for 24 and do a respec
Thus far, i still like AR(and people like my sonics)

Not sure if you got the imm-power yet, i suggest to take it also. AVs nowadays are still plain stupid then once they are immobilized they will not do a single melee attack anymore if you just stand abit in distance.
Works great against infernal (with is ubah aoe axe) and mothermayhem (the one with broadsword) .. basicly all AVs. Even crystal Titan in Eden Trial can be taken down fairly easy with this trick, as long you keep him fully taunted.
I basicly took all 4 epics from lvl41 onwards, each of them have a perfect use in basicly any situation. Although stalgmites and salt crystals have some pretty annoying recharge. -

I asume you're going Stone epic? By far imho the best aggro controller around.

Err? The res is already stackable, i was only refering to either reduce recharge time (or increase heal %) or replace that power entirely with a DP/EE/HF-style power. (a 300 sec recharge 40% booster).
Adding a hp boost to current healing would be a bit overpowered, although the psn-res can already be stacked, i never had any use of it except for some Devoured bashing. -
It has been changed, but it seems not more then half a second change (short delay when executing, animation is the same). Though its more to fix some annoying delay, i havent really experienced the healing flames became more in line with the EE/DP/HF of the other tankers (the 40% booster).
But i gues due the massive 'ugh ugh pl ugh ugh' usage of Burn, i dont think they will ever change (in positive way) Fire tankers primairies. -
Thats pretty true, downside is already the massive lack of powerslots, having to push in another slot for aid other is quite impossible for me.
And with the chance of Issue7 and its animation time, im quite happy with it now. -

Seen you at Infernal going MoG (and faceplant several times), but i was serious impressed by its strenght, wich was already pre-issue 7. Anything became better nowadays? -
If 1 of your pets gets on low health, he runs over, finish his attack and does his heal. Interupted he wont try against straight after, but he does a attack first again.
Though it seems when all pets and you get damaged, he picks his MM prior to the fellow pets to heal.
And iirc, at lvl18 you get the 3rd pet, so that would be your lvl for the medic.
