Might be handy to get some sort of site (hotscripts got em alot) running, easier for full overview and can be useable for the other AT's too
I've used such site during another MMO. -
But nobody is standing still, what are the changes your whole change can outrange him? He moves in and still can do his powers.
If all is about 'ranged', why most blasters has best kills using their secondairies?
Simple example, a fire/nrg with aidself has very good chances against a ice/nrg without aidself. -
FoTM only because they look funny i asume. Ninja's have mostly 1hit-dmg (instead of most DoT powers of Thugs/merc and bots) and with /forcefield, /dark (-acc, aoeheal) or /TA (-acc debuff) they are pretty strong fighters.
/TA stacks great with the bow animation and since Issue7 hug to TA, it became a very nice set to work with. -

You don't see many because everyone's levelling them now, you can find shedloads of Ice/* tankers around and a good percentage of them are energy meleers.
Just look at this forum: 6 out of the first 11 posts are about Ice tankers, 3 of wich are about Ice/Nrg tankers...

Sidenote, the whole slow resist, does this include the -recharge of most -slow powers too? -

Sinergy X - Ice/nrg/elec Blaster, Pve/PvP mixed style of fighting. Main focus is on holds, ranged chain attacks. Rush in, Bu/Aim and spam my 3 /nrg attacks. From elec i took the armor, hold and (as not many has) EMP pulse. Icestorm/Blizzard as panic/aoe mass-control, rest is focused single target. Leaping pool for travel.
MaceX - Stone/SS/earth Tanker, perma-Granite with allround crowd control. All earth-epic powers, focused on fast spam for extra punchvoke. TP and fly pools for travel.
And a huge ammount of alts, focused on happy playstyle and stats-gathering. -
Not sure if slow resist also gives its resist to the -recharge part.

A waste maybe if you heal aid self, but for those who cant fit it in.. they need all the regen they can get, including a 3slotted health. -

The idea was there, own website and stuff.. Often with that stuff, tend to die very fast or alot people dont read it. I can setup a forum any second i want, but keeping it on this forums (bridger allowed :P) safes some time reading multiple forums/websites.
Maybe this weekend i give it a go again, see how it goes. -
I didnt saw any /kin on the team, i would suggest one though. In line with a /sonic def, plight can go for ice/nrg with have good recharge and greatly resist to the elements (25% SB, 30ish from sonic). Downside of /nrg is that it 100% rely on 2 powers, each has a 15-20ish seconds recharge. Getting a ice/kin/rad -recharge on you and you merely become a standing pile of ice (not to mention a good acc can hit a ice tanker without that much problems, but you also have a /forcefield running around (FA-scrapper?)).
YOu can have unstoppable nearly perma having SB,AB and AM running (hasten offcourse), only a sonic cage or sortlike can put you to a hold (in RV i was able to keep fighting against 5 people for over a minute). Axe is high damage, mace a minor bit less but has disorient effects, axe is bit more focused to KD/KB/KU (axe basicly is all animations from broadsword, thus its castingtimes).

Currenty dinged lvl16 on my AR/ice blaster, also based on the fact i just like AR and ice was (imho) the best fit.
At 16 you get BuildUp, many blasters dont have both BU and Aim, so it aint really that big issue. I chosen for ice for the extra mezz it gets, chillblain at lvl10 makes you run around and blow out bullets as you run (CB has -slow -recharge and -dmg). Ice sword i use for the melee range short attack, even though its not 1 of the highest damage powers.
I planned my entire build already, as i already have experience with /ice on my 37 nrg/ice blaster.
I gues at later lvl this toon will shine more, ice slick for ignite (or just the imm-power) and FullAuto, frozen touch for the melee 'panic' button and the aoe-sleep (small radius) for the extra panic button.
When i'm home i'll post my build. -

i suggest getting foxit pdf reader, 10 times faster then Acrobat one, and it can do exactly the same. (and better, its just a single exe file, not stupid install
)

Played a few hours on my MM's, never had any problem with x1 - x2 pets.

That is mostly because we use the plain layout of the forums (all msg's full under eachother) instead of the threaded style. (thus not using 'post titles')

He was standing at the station, not hitting anything.
I did footstomp and killed at least 11 instant, since the defeat 20 dropped to 'defeat 9 trolls'.1 troll i saw got a 'miss' above his head and ran away (im like 35 lvls higher :P). It was next to the raver-spawn south side, i gues around 17ish trolls were standing there. -
lvl range is 20-26.
I want to join up with DarkestNightX, my inv/axe tanker 24 atm, hopefully hitting 26 by then for tough hide (i hate -def from unyielding). -
Trickarrow can do some large aoe debuffing. Within seconds you can debuff resist, defence, acc, perc, dmg, speed and recharge and have 2 little single target powers. Flash arrow (35ft aoe) is auto-hit PvE, Disruption (35ft aoe) is PBaoe+autohit, Glew is target aoe+autohit (35ft aoe) ,Poison gas (25ft aoe tohit) and Acid arrow (8ft aoe tohit)
I dont have Oil Slick or EMP arrow yet, but i've seen those in action and you got some serious aoe-control going. Downside with most pets, you need a fire attack to ignite the oil slick and bots/merc only have 1 pet that can do fire dmg (although unsure if a shot from you primairy can ignite it too). Minor downside, the sleep in poison gas is close to neglectable.
I've read you can stack the Acid Arrow, making you able to hit -60%ish resist debuff. Flash arrow seems to stack too, US forums say its a -20%ish base -acc debuff.
But overall, major downside is animation/drawtime.
