    Yes.

    I'm pretty sure it's a dev oversight

    This.
  6. Level pacted people have to have synchronized amounts of xp. Note how when a level 1 pacts with a level 5, the level 5 stop gaining xp ENTIRELY until the level 1 catches up. Say this happens with a level 35 and a level 40 toon trying to pact; leaving the lvl 40 toon not gaining any xp until the 35 catches up might be inconvenient.

I'm just dropping by to say that Fire-Minded has got to be one of the best (worst?) forum trolls/griefers I have seen in years.
  9. Lethal is significantly more frequently resisted than smashing. Robots are a clear example, as they resist smashing but not lethal
  10. If you want an RSF dom I'd suggest picking a secondary with Power Boost.

Im also thinking that if the TS is taken into account, and "IF".....this is a big if..the Travel Suppression doesnt effect the following ill definatly go with SR over the rest.

    +Running Speed IOs
    Quickness
    Swift

If anyone has any information about these 2 and how they are affected, if at all by TS.Please let me know.
    It does

5 levels ago? I beat up Archon Manuela every other mission.
  13. Shadow Fall prevents you from escorting hostages, that's the only time during the mission where you should turn it off (and I'm willing to bet those are the only situations where people have asked you to turn it off)

    This may be misleading

ToHit is read as a percentage: 75%
Accuracy is read as a modifier: 1.2x

The defense softcap remains the same against even con minions and up to +4 AVs.

Tyrant soloed (two blues) but that was LONG and very dull fight. It went a little faster once I realized I didn't need Tough or Temp Invulnerability (rookie mistake) as that freed up some of the endurance that I had to burn on maintaining Snow Storm. His ranged damage output was VERY low though. Usually I need to use Force of Nature to get through the tough spots when a few too many attacks connect in a row but he wasn't even doing enough for me to worry about my health. I did however need Force of Nature to have another two minutes of endurance because his Psy resist combined with high smashing resistance meant that my usual "maintain period" while waiting for conserve power to recharge wasn't quite doing enough damage. Slowly picking away at him, yes, but he would have won when I fell asleep at the keyboard without it. Thus two blues two recover from the subsequent end crashes.

I will give Vandal a shot tomorrow night.
Don't use Snow Storm against AVs, it's not worth the end cost.
  19. Cold/Sonic/Power Defender

HL and rech debuffs means the Blaster will only be able to hibernoob/hoarforst once in the match, so all the defender has to do is outlast him. It would be a pretty boring match to watch

They should all be fairly easy.
Baphomet spams a self heal if you don't take him out fast enough
Luminary (like all robots) has uber psionic resistance
Ms Liberty spams Dull Pain at 50% hp and godmode at 25% hp and will keep spamming both if she isn't killed fast enough
Mynx and Foreshadow also spam Elude if they're not taken down fast enough
    Hro'Dtohz has a ranged stun

    The rest seem good though

    Fair enough.

I guess there are too many variables and too many situations to make one clear 100% failsafe opinion on the issue. For those special cases communication is the key, then.
