If I use those words though, am I actually breaking the EULA?
If I am, that nullifies trashtalk;
If I'm not, can we safely say that non-condemnation/abusive talk is not petitionable?
I've been threatened by petition for saying that certain characers parents didn't marry and that they smell; both reasonable 'trash talk' I would have thought?
For instance, "You fight like a cow" "How appropriate, you dress like a dairy farmer" -

As long as it's directed at the avatar and not the player, then it's fine.

Just on a point then, If I call your character a self-righteous bovine, would that be petitionable?
Yes or No. (Serious question) -
Player finds that other players aren't always honest. Cryptic blamed for not nerve-stapling perpetrators. Film at 11.

Just as a matter of interest, what would have been the point of typing out the same answer twice on two different accounts? (Being slower than typing it out once...)

I also got the fastest generic'd hero (2 minutes)

This is the problem with Stalkers, add anything and they become Scrappers+; take anything away and their survivability plummets.
Looking at my (albeit limited) experiences of Stalkers; their team role is unfulfilled except from receivers of buffs, their solo role is eliminated from +Per enemies but I could still stand and AS two scrappers and a tank who tried to gank me.
Their plusses are tremendous, their lows are awful; sort of like Blasters. What would be nice is if you could mix and match which high/lows you took: As fighting against one is either an easy kill or an impossible kill; which isn't satisfying either way. -
Why? They'd still have their target loss, placate, criticals and would actually be better at PvE,TF's & Mayhems; which is where they really fail atm.
-
Ok, a blasters inherent is Defiance; which really is easy to stop. Their high damage can be stopped by moving between cover (as snipe is interruptible by vision). They have next to no mez protection and no immob protection.
So, Mr Blaster shoots Mr Stalker with his greatest attack. 2/3 damage. Mr. Stalker then disorients Mr Blaster and has 30 seconds to maim him brutally.
Mr. Stalkers inherent can be brought back by the irresistable placate.
Echoing Stalkobot's idea, I'd lower Hide's defences, make it 'flicker' every 10 seconds or so, buff their other damages and lose a lot of AS damage. -

7/8pm swaying more towards the 8 is good for me and Weasel.

Can bring along Blaster/Healer/Tanker? -

there is no way to make a blaster unable to blast
[/ QUOTE ]
Well yeah there is, Hold, Sleep, Disorient for three. -

stalker have far less HPs than blasters which is silly for a melee class.
[/ QUOTE ]
Blasters have far more damage output and no shields though. Hitpoints don't mean anything when you're immobilised for 30 seconds. -
Nice work
Weasel will need to have words though still

You seem to be missing something. Like, enjoyment. Each AT has it's own abilities and if you like Scrappers, play Scrappers; just don't get upset if Brutes/Stalkers aren't the same.
Basically it seems like you don't like CoV because there's no Scrapper class, which seems really odd to me at least. -
There is an obvious problem, commonly known as fudge, in most games of this genre.
Whilst traunatic events could be saved by the application of powers, many more could be caused. Without wanting to delve too far into RL, a Middle East Country that wanted to raid another to take control of, say, the Well of Souls, (Especially relevant as the Garden of Eden is thought to be in the area now known as Iraq), A horde of Allied Longbow Eagles might have fought off the Arabic Djinn and suffered a retributive strike by an Efreet.
On the other hand, developments such as Teleportation would also lead to Cloning, Nuclear Fission, Nanobots, Ethereal Transfer, Mind Control, Empath Counsellors, Telepathic Lawyers.
As a basic example, given current Paragon technology, there would be no reason why the Hospital Grid couldn't be used by Ma Bell (BT to us) to use mobiles as homing beacons for TP. Thus eliminating vehicular transport for all but the poor. This means oil would become nearly worthless as well as most major construction industries as by simply mapping the Teleportation Code; Innumerate copies of anything could be created. Thus destabilising the World's currency.
Given that coding, people could remove/add code to give them any alteration to their body they desire. This makes Pollution/Global Warming/Nuclear Weapons obsolete, as well as Arms/Food/Cookery etc.
The resultant unemployment turns a high percentage of people to crime through boredom.
That's just from the Hospital Grid. So Fudge is definitely needed -

Hmmm...Clock Robots are actually weak vs. KB/KD so it affects them as if it's a Mag +1. Only the ED 209 ones have any KB protection.
[/ QUOTE ]Clockwork are weak to KB, but praetorian 'clockwork' (Neuron's and Anti-matter's bots) have resistance to it.
[/ QUOTE ]
I thought they were just robots? And they all have the ED-209 build anyway? -

Level difference matters little in the zones as long you are properly slotted. That it'd matter is one of the urban legends im growing tired with.
[/ QUOTE ]
It's not an urban legend, just different to what the assumed vaule is. At level 21, for instance, the highest DO you can get is +1. (Which takes a staggering amount for a 21 char). Level 23 gets a +2 SO as standard.
Also, passives gained at later levels make a significant difference to the use of other powers.
A level 25 SO slotted will fight at the same level as a level 50 SO slotted, BUT the extra passives (if available) will boost those SO's higher. -
Total Focus
Pro : Insane Damage, Low End Loss, Disorients, Can be used as a fly-by (so you're out of melee range when it hits), Hits even if pushed back.
Con : Roots once animation starts, very long animation time.
Overall : Well worth it. -

Ms. Paragon's only 40, she'd be pleased to plant you

Hand Clap and Unstoppable are two of those Marmite powers.
Well slotted, Handclap can make you able to tank +5 minions, simply by stacking secondaries on them. Throw them against a Warwall and the ragdoll effect goes berserk, allowing you to finish them off.
Unstoppable is one of those powers you'll love at times, but hate at others, sort of like Rage. Practice is the key here.
