I'm not positive about this, but I think what you may be seeing when your buff numbers don't add up is the stack as the buff refreshes itself. For instance, when you have 26 KB protection, but only have 12 + 4 showing: That seems like the 12 is stacking with it self for a second, giving 12+12+4 = 26. This wouldn't show as a second source in the buff list, since it's still from you, but might account for some of the fluctuations in your values.

I like seeing this kind of thriftiness. I did something similar with my spines/dark scrapper as I leveled him up. I spent perhaps 20 million, at most, on frankenslotting him. He is one of my more fun characters to play, always felt pretty tough.

Of course, once he hit 47, I promptly unloaded about 150 mil in new sets and such into him,but that's beside the point.

If it was JUST a base 11.25% resist all auto power, I might agree with you. However, it also adds 10% to max HP, enhanceable to +20% max HP. So I'd say no, do NOT skip True Grit.

Something I noticed today while fooling around. When Fly is activated by itself, the acceleration and braking are rather sluggish. When Fly and Combat Jumping are running at the same time, Fly becomes very nimble and agile. I tried seeing if there were any changes in the detailed power information, but didn't see anything that would account for it.

Is this a long-known effect that I just now found? Is it WAI, or a bug?

I definitely love the "pew pew pew pew" or Rad's Proton Volley, and Fire's Blazing Bolt is very pretty and powerful feeling. That said, there are far more useful powers for my playstyl, and I can't really justify taking those powers on my main build.

New epic is in energy mastery, a power that works like Health AND Stamina together, both at half strength. In other new, Heraclea was sighted doing backflips along Main Street.

Actually though, I've had some toggles play on zoning, but not ones like Tough or Integration, just ones like Invulnerability or Rise to the Challenge
