I hate that stripe down the legs. Hate. It. Hate the stripe down the arms too.
the promo pic with Andrew Garfield looked promising, now I'm just disappointed -
Apparently I'm the sign of the Death Star commanded by Darth Leo

CNN said the new list only applies to eastern Astrology, western Astrology is based on the seasons and will never change, our signs didn't change.

Quote:I normally loathe Michael Cera, But Scott Pilgrim was in my opinion one of last year's best movies, and it's in my collection.I don't think Cera is loved that much either, but Scott Pilgrim got good reviews. While the trailers have looked good, there was one clip of the film that I really didn't like where they showed a fight scene and they literally highlighted certain objects just to make sure you saw them.
But I'm also not a fan of Seth Rogen, but both ComingSoon.net reviews gave Green Hornet an 8 out of 10 so there has to be something to it. -
I thought it was missing something, it has potential to be really cool but as it is right now it just not quite good enough...
And I want that car... Mercedes SLS AMG for those window shopping, you're gonna need nearly $200,000 for it though. -
I've been waiting for the info for months, ever since I found out there was an actual signed NDA for super closed beta testing.
Im expecting some awesome stuff... -
I'll probably go see it, loved the first, hated the second, wary of the third.
Rumor has it that Shockwave is the big bad this time around. -

So did Hugo Strange do anything actually, you know... villainous? Or did he just dress up like Batman.
Just looked up Black Mask on Wikipedia. Apart from his origins sounding similar to the villain's master plan in the Halle Berry Catwoman movie, Black Mask being the villain would make one intense movie. -
SPOILER... maybe...
After watching last night I had a thought:
What if Terri actually gets preggers for real since she slept with a sick and half delerious Will, epic drama if that comes true. -
Quote:Seems like only you and I like the ending number, everyone else thinks it's demon-spawnI did love how Glee made fun of itself re: Journey.
Also, around time the Chicago song came on, I was like "Is Gywneth going to be in every number? Way to cater!" But then again, I did love the mash-up at the end. -
Quote:I loved the Umbrella/Singin' in the rain mash-upTheir cover of F--- You (censored to "Forget You") is pretty dang epic. Their "Under My Umbrella/Singing in the Rain" mash-up has me grabbing holy water and a crucifix.
Brian Ryan. And yes, agreed on the names. I assume that Holly Holiday will be a villain, then.
This show's introduced some pretty amazing villains. I wish they would write them out of the series so much. Both the Reform School for Girls and the Academy for the Deaf were great. Sunshine Carazon... she needs to come back. She's the perfect "I'm you... but evil" for Rachel, because she's her but nice. -
Quote:Thank you, I'm still too asleep to word what I was thinking.Everyone can fly...but those who have fly and even one slot it will go faster.
NOT everyone can go super fast and super jumpy. Inherent swift and hurdle just means we now run the same speed as the NPCs do from level 1, rather than having to turn on sprint to catch a random thug.
Teleporting TO something is not the same as teleport. Not by a long shot.
Given nigh on everyone had Stamina anyway, this is a really daft thing to complain about.
Uh......Yes. Exactly. They can take powers they find INTERESTING, not three powers that, if they dont have them, they will suck. Because thats pretty much everyone took Stamina; because ending up running out of endurance repeatedly is a little thing called NOT FUN.
*shrug* Your entitled to your opinion, just dont expect everyone to agree with it when a lot of these things ARE QoL that a lot of people asked for for a long time. -
The Battle for LA movie looks good though, plus it has Aaron Eckhart and Michelle Rodriguez.

not watching it...
Why?
The robots' mouths annoy me so much I wanna smack the animators in the face.
That and it looks way too childish, Beast Wars is going on 15 years old and it looked better. -
I thought there was a decent store in Rivercenter mall, but if i go to San Antonio, its usually for the Central Market or La Cantera. (Corpus Christi here)
Is Crossroads really that big? -
Quote:I guess your right, but like I said, I'm biased.Demonizing it was part of the ironic message I felt. Not to mention that is pretty much spot on how it would be treated in a lot of high schools if they tried to put it on as a student musical.
If you really want an unequivocal message on how they feel about RHPS, pay attention to Shue's (sp) speech at the end.
I really loved the episode. I felt it was tasteful and flirtatious without being trashy. I also felt that it was laughably pitch perfect in light of the stupid arguments about the GQ spread. The sexiest moments were had by the adults playing adult characters, not the adults playing kids. All their outfits were very nearly demure. That may not be what they were thinking or planning when they shot the episode, but it works in light of the "controversy" People are worried about adult actors acting like sexy adults in their off time, but when it comes to their roles as children on the show, its clear they give some thought to how sexy is too sexy.
Edit- From the true Gleeks out there, can someone tell me who sang the Lips opener? I'm not familiar enough with voices.
Also I think it was Santana singing Science Fiction Double Feature. -
My only concern was that it seemed to demonize Rocky Horror a bit, but of course I love the original and have a massive bias.
And they nailed the beginning, absolutely perfect. -
That's exactly what I thought when I first saw it.
-
This. Watch it. Now
In case you haven't clicked on it yet, that's the video for the entire Time Warp performance. -

Quote:Holy crap I demand a picture of that now.Now I have this very weird mental picture of Frank crossed with Tim Curry as Darkness in Legend - 8 feet tall with demon horns, a corset, fishnet stockings and F-Me heels.
Need more alcohol or some mental floss now.
But anyway, the Rocky Horror Glee Show will be awesome, even if it's disappointing simply because it's Rocky Horror and Glee together.
Also if I'm right, wouldn't this be the most mainstream pop culture exposure of the movie since it first came out? -
I agree on all points.
Ill probably be adding Kurt and Rachel's duet to my music collection.
And I found Mike and Tina's duet immensely charming. -
Just finished it, and I think it was one of the better episodes of the whole series. I don't get emotional at anything, and this episode brought a bit of tears to my eyes.
And Im glad that they didnt fall into "over the top of the week" territory that someone predicted might happen last week.
really good, 9 out of 10
And I loved Kurts rendition of "I Wanna Hold Your Hand"
EDIT:Quote:oh absolutely"Grilled Cheesus" aka "Chris Colfer's Emmy Reel"
