don't really have to listen to them. just the whining gets really annoying sometimes. it also doesn't help when half of the other side is agreeing with them and not fighting lol.

as long as the badgers aren't in there again. the other night was rediculous with one side yelling at the other to stay in their base until they were done getting pill boxes.

no changes need to be made. even the book that comes with the game says that some power sets are easier to solo with and some work better with a team. and honestly, the devs won't take the time to try to program a modifier for certain powers sets if you take a certain power set to go along with it, as per your example in your last paragraph.

should have petitioned again with the gm's name and explained what happened. you would have had to stay in the mission for the petition for the gm to find the last mob and teleport them to you or you to them. and there is only a 3 day wait to drop a mission incase you didn't know, some people still don't.

try looking at your video card fan and make sure it is running. also do a disc clean up and defrag if you haven't. if those don't work post your hijackthis report and cohhelper report here so we can look at them and see if anything is out of date or running that shouldn't be.

do we have to have this discussion again? there is no need for any other type of protection io's to be made. that is what shields and buffs are for.

Sellers don't determine how much their stuff sells for they only set the minimum they're willing to take if that is too high then noone will buy it. This means there are people who think these IOs are worth that much and are willing to pay it.

how about we get i16 out to live first. then about a month or so down the road we ask for more details about GR.

i think he is talking about the lag in the 3rd mission if you go past the bridge to fight. the simple answer to that is to pull what you need to fight back to the bridge. this cuts down on lag tremendously and it really doesn't take anymore time then trying to fight through the lag. of course make sure you do a disc clean up and defrag at least once a week as this will help also.

you do realize that about the only server this may have a chance of working on is freedumb. from my understanding, and experience, the other servers have very small PvP populations. so with that in mind i don't see this happening ever. and if you think that all PvP zones are is gank zones, i would like to know why. is it because you can be attacked by anyone at anytime? or be attacked by multiple people at once? both of these are within the rules of zone PvP. get a team together and go participate. just make sure you can all stay on the same page. have someone call targets for everyone to attack.

best times is on weekends. around 9pm est or so. that way more people have a chance to make it.

yep. all except for the stores and merits which sounds like another cry for the devs to look at the drop rates for PvP recipes, all though a rather long winded one.

I agree people will be more inclined to run normal game content alongside AE if they did something to make merits more useful. Give us something to break free from the market entirely. Here's something to think about to. With the huge increase of websites spamming/selling influence you can't deny that more and more people are just spending money outside of the game to get the influence required to spend on the market. This inflation will not go down because of it, people are going to continue supporting the sale of influence over websites so they can buy the highly priced items keeping the prices high. Fix the merit system so we can let those people continue to spend money outside of the game or farm until their eyes bleed and we can enjoy the more content-filled route of earning the recipes we desire.
the merits awarded are based on time it takes to complete tasks and the merit prices are based off of the current market value of things on the market so be lucky that they haven't increased merit prices across the board. -
we all know that is going to happen when i15 comes...no wait that already happened...when i16...no, no mention of base lovin there either...when GR comes...well, maybe, just maybe if the stars align with the planets and the sun starts to turn red and shoot out green blasts of energy and...well no sense in keeping fingers crossed for base raids. but some base lovin would be welcome.

can already be done by using the floor tile and light fixture approach. although not a bad idea, i just don't think they will do it any time soon.

so then are you suggesting that they do that for all the random roll rewards also? because that would be a hell of a list to put on there and would only get ignored by more then half the people anyways. like i said before, go to WW, set the lv range and filter for common and go look at invention salvage. most of it is easy to figure out if it is arcane or tech. same thing goes for every other lv range of salvage.

could always go to WW and set the same lv range for the rolls to see what is in that lv range. it doesn't help with the origin but at least it is a start.

don't need to photoshop anything because i don't take screenies. but you also seem to forget that even though certain recipes fall into certain groups some of the set recipes are rarer then others. do us all a favor and go take a nice hot shower to clean off the dead skin from people getting under your skin and calm down a bit and use the thing that is sitting between your ears to comprehend what people are actually saying to you.

PvP io's were not aimed at the casual or regular PvE player they were aimed at the PvP'ers. also if it is going to take you a week or 2 to give a photo of that recipe/io going for close to 2 billion either you plan on buying it for that much yourself to try to prove yourself right or plan on photo shopping a pic. you also have to remember that the smart people who use the market list things for a price that will sell quickly and it is the buyer that pays what he wants for it with the "IWANTITNAO" attitude rather then placing a bid and waiting patiently.
and if anyone is getting under anyone's skin, it is goat getting under yours. -

How does it have "zero" impact if people are buying them for 5 billion? That's an "impact," however minor or light it may be... -
use broadcast, global channels for your server, the /search command, start your own team... i could go on and on with ways to find teams so that is a moot point. best way if you are having trouble finding a team in the first 10 mins of being on is to just go at it and keep checking once in a while for teams.
of course the obvious answer and most snakriest sounding is to play the game but i try not to use that one. -
not saying that is the case, just what i did to take care of the problem. i did notice though that when i reinstalled the game after doing a recovery that i didn't have to do that.
