You sound like the germans using poisonous gas, Ive explained that above. Or in a fight to see whos physically stronger you pull out a gun. Yes I know u can shoot me, and I can shoot you too, but I want to se whos stronger. Thats why I dont use everything I can. Thats called fighting dirty, I dont do that either. In martial arts u cant kick below the belt or punch to the face. There are rules to make it more fair and safer. (but that only applies to martial arts)
Why dont u understand that the arena is too far away? Nobody has to yet to answer this.
Personally I leanred my pvp from watching duels, still learn to this day from watching it.

As Ive said before, Ive warzoned for years, I know how to play it and its too easy. Invite everybody thats not on a team or ask for one, use target binds and press 1-4 buttons to attack. Fun fun fun.
Im glad you feel as an emp you need training. Your just mashing CM on people who need it and watching when it wears off. There are more tactics with heal decay, I will admit that. Then again the tactic is how many timers can get going in ur head. I sure cant count 8 seconds 7 people on my team if I was healing. But Id learn.
But thing an un IOd emp does is take aggro away from everybody else. Since with DR the buffs arent near as good, espically on IOd people who have everything near maxed.
Ive explained numerous times and nobody is reading it, maybe one more time and people will arena is too far, nobody is there. The duelers meet in RV, I cant change that, nobody can.
actually, the arena is one button click away. it's called pocket d teleporter and almost everyone has one. the other neat thing is that if you start your own global channel or use /ac you will be able to talk to the people just like you and get them to pocket d/arena. please use it and go there so you don't have to keep posting things that make you look like a *******. if you are in a zone, no matter what you want, you WILL be attacked by other players, in a duel or not. deal with it or i WILL send bruce after you. -
actually, vista is windows. but it sounds like you need to update your drivers. but post the coh helper nad hijackthis files first so we can see and tell you exactly what to look for.

nothing wrong with that, but why not wait until i16 and get the badge in half the time of half the time? it should be comming tuesday.

Biospark, what part of it was already tried and didn't work don't you understand? and just a little fyi, one of the original developers for this game that left to make the other game is finding out way to late what happens when you do this. the entire game got a hit with a really really big nerf bat with nails and barbed wire and flames on it on the first day of release. if that is the style of play you are interested in, please go try it and come back and let us know what little fun it was for you.

had my rep off since day one. and yeah that post sounded a little bad i admit but how hard is it to understand that the IO exempt levels will stay the same as the exempting levels haven't changed?

why add things to the game to make it easier? if anything it whould go the other way and make thigns harder then they are now. even with so's a team can cut through anything like butter. add io sets and now they cut through them like melted liquidy butter. -

I've had no luck finding or starting any team past level 20 up through level 40, usually 4-8 players per zone outside of atlas, most of them level 50's running past TF's or badging.
And that's on Freedom. Oh wait. That's on Freedom. Is it different over on Virtue? Is it worth paying to move my character? -
good idea. for now i guess you could emil a list to the super leader and other leaders that are able to change ranks. quite a bit time consumming but probably the only work around until we can do this.

one big problem... this isn't a proliferation. it is a total redesign of the game mechanincs. one in which i can almost assure you NC would not do at this point. tankmages didn't make it out of alpha for a good reason. also, just because some other game tried doing this doesn't mean that it is something that will work here.

duhhh...they work off your exemp lv still. why would that change at all? you are only being given access to more powers in the zones not more lv's.

there still are waves of ambushes. it actually add some exciting challenge to some of the missions. as for the timed ambushes, i have 2 of the 3 missions in my arc set to do that. you beat one eb/av and another spawns with a group.

incase you keep missing this dialogue: You are now entering a PvP area and can be attacked by other players.
i copied that directly from the little box that pops up everytime you enter a PvP zone. it even pops up when you log out and then back into the PvP zone. that doesn't say at all that if you are engaged in a duel that you won't be attacked. take your duels to pocket d. save yourself the embarrassment both in game and on these boards. -
that is correct. the exemption levels for the zones stays the same you just have access to the higher level powers.

i'm going to say this as nicely as i can for the 3rd time... STOP WITH THESE STUPID SUGGESTIONS ABOUT TEAMING! you have a terrible attitude and i'm sure that is what is getting to the people in game. there is absolutely no reason to have incentives for teaming in a game that doesn't force you to team. GET OVER IT.

well, hold your breath all you want but the only thing that will end up happening is you passing out from lack of oxygen.
i see no need for this as it is not a useful power at all. and since you wouldn't be able to select the power that is denied, it becomes a worthless power or set. -
the whole point of eb's av's is to be a challenge, not a minion with a whole lot of hit points. i really am begining to think that this is not the game for you stormy. if you want a cake walk game i suggest anything that is rated 4yrs old and up.

i still hold firmly to the fact that nothing is wrong with the way it is now. 10-15 secs is a moot point and why this will stay at the bottom of the basement of things to do. also what is going to happen if they do implement this and something goes horribly wrong with it and no one can get on at all? not an easy fix. again, why try to fix something that isn't broken?

yep. wish granted. controllers and dominators already have this. it's called holds. not immobalizes asthe baddies will still be able to attack, but holds.

so instead of jusgt going back the the log in screen you want to have them log out to character select screen then put in a password to get back into the game? what is wrong with the current way this is being done? and what happens when you want to switch servers? do i have to completely quit the game and reload it? stop thinking about just being on one server. im sure at least 75% of the people that play this game have toons on multiple servers.
