use mid's and make a build and play with it before commiting your actual build to anything. plus with io sets you can make your squishy not so squishy.
-
you can't attack while in invis but you can attack while in stealth. best idea is to get an io and stealth.
-
just did test on mids myself and you will be ok. as long as the bonus name does not appear more thenn 5 times, meaning the exact same bonus name, you will be ok.
-
well, let's see. the hami raid gives 40 merits or a hami-o. with 40 merits you can get 2 random rolls in which you could end up with 100 mil+. with a hami-o you can get 1 random hami-o and it could be 2mil - 25 mil or so.
-
i believe in that statement they're talking about just the stealth effect itself, not the +def bonuses.
-
stealth io's do not grant any defense. the stealth power from the concealment pool does raise your defense.

so sorry, forgot to put QR at the top. my bad.

how is it a different problem? he is describing it on a team not solo.
-
actually all you have to do is quit the team and then join again. at least that has been my experience when this happens.

/unsigned. It can get annoying, but sometimes you want to broadcast something to the whole zone while in the AE buildings.

you can select the range you roll in already. if your lv 50, you will get whatever recipe at it's highest lv for that recipe. so if you choose to roll the 34-39 range, whatever recipes are available at that range you will get. just at it's highest lv.

there is a reason the people that are in charge have said no. use the search. it is the word between main index and active topics. it wont bite i promise. if you have been actually reading the forums you would have seen these ideas and would have seen why they wont work.
-
im also sure that if anyone has had it for a while that noone will sell it to you.

Guess what? I never played on test before I13. Not once. Hell, I only started PvPing in the month or so leading up to I13. Even I know a turd when I see one. You can polish up I13 PvP and praise it all you like - a shiny turd is still a turd.

this statemnet right here explains alot. you have no idea what it was like to PvP before the end of i12 therefore you really have no base to assume your position. the only thing i can gather from your posts is you io'd out a toon for i12 and by the time you got it done PvP changed. guess what? deal with it and adapt. make the changes that need to be made to your toons. this is the PvP we have now. enough whinning about pre i13 PvP. if you don't like it don't play it. -
here's an idea. the dev's only observe on test server. they don't ask questions just get to see what is going on. so when it comes down to it, it is the player base that has esentially screwed themselves. while the dev's don't know much about PvP all they can take away to learn from is what they have seen. it doesn't help that they don't ask questions, but it also doesn't help that noone offers anything up to them on reasonings for what the saw.
when they see a bunch of people going for one or 2 toons and spiking them, changes are going to be made. when it comes to zones, it was not fun to be the single player comming out of a base and immediately getting killed by 5-8 people at a time. and the "go find more peeps and bring it" attitudes towards this don't help. what the dev's did in THEIR game was make it a little more viable for new players to survive and try to understand what is going on. by doing this they pissed off the people who took their troller/blaster/def spiker teams and overpowered 1-2 toons. OH WELL. crymoar plz.
as i stated in another thread, what they did was a little over kill for some AT's but left others that have now become OP'd. i agree that elusivity should not have been taken to the state that it has been but if you get a competent team together you can make up for it. adapt with the game and learn to use the changes to your advantage. not sit here whinning about stuff that won't go back to the no skill involved game. -

the current PvP system opens up the zones to more AT's.

Are we talking about the same game? I was talking about CoH (City of Heroes) and CoV (City of Villains). I think you are confused.

so no actuall answer just a bunch of quoting the same thing over and over. if you actually go into the zones, depending on what server you're on, there are more AT's being used then before i13. granted alot of ?/regen scrappers, but i see an influx of diverse AT's also. and for you to say if they don't change that alot of people will leave for CO, you might just want to stick to talking for yourself and not others. if that is going to be your thinking then farewell and good ridance.
oh, and before you go..... can i has your stuffs? -
what i saw alot of pre i13 was def, trollers, blaster, dom's and stalkers. the current PvP system opens up the zones to more AT's. while troller/dom holds shouldn't have been given the shaft as far as they got it, it was needed. in fact i can think of 1 AT right now that needs to be looked at and a few debuff powers that need to be looked at and tweaked not [censored]. i like the fact that the dev's have tried to open it up to more at's and less experienced people, but if the idea was to draw new players, adding rewards has totaly turned that around.

Travel powers in combat were OVERPOWERED before, they aren't UNDERPOWERED now. I-12 PvP was a joke as the players that got a lot of kills weren't all that good, they just thought they were.

this is exactly word for word what you said about travel powers. there was no travel supression before i13. so in your current rant you are wrong in that respect also. -
best idea is to get a new router that has several ports for mulitple comps. also when you reset(unplugging all connections) the modem, you have to do the same for the router. then plug in the modem and wait 30 sec's for the modem to be active then plug in the router. wait 30 sec's again for full activation and then turn on the comp. after turning on the comp do a disk clean up and defrag. this should help.

have you gone pst the set spending limit on the card for the game? i believe there is a default of $100. but can be changed.
-
someone has it listed for less then what you are asking.
-
well, the whole idea of me asking brew the questions was to hopefully make him realize how much thought has to be put into an idea before they just say do it.
-
well, by rewards i meant badges so i should have said that instead :
