You're assuming here that every player is a min/maxer who will go for brute speed over character concept for every toon they roll. That assumption is patently untrue. And as far as the "it's the safest travel power" thing... in 5+ years of playing, I've never ran at super speed or super jumped into a mob and died. If you are running or jumping into mobs and dying with SS and SJ, you're doing it wrong. I would like to see fly have it's speed increased.

Good question. It would be nice to see some Ranged IO sets that have a range buff in to them, either as part of the IO attributes or as a set bonus. Yes, there are players who will throw a range enhancement into some (or all) of their ranged attacks. More options are always better.

I'd also like to add a 14a., which is to see some "Accurate ToHit Buff" IO sets for those out there would to put these into powers like Blinding Feint, Follow Up, Sould Drain etc. Not all ToHit buff powers are clicks that don't require you to hit something!

Not a bad idea on paper, but I don't see the need for it to be honest. Sure, it would be great if you have the funds to 1 click resupply them to the current level. However, this assumes a few things;

1. The majority of the players have the funds to do so.
2. The system knows what enhancements you want to put into your powers. If you've leveled and have more slots available since the last time you did your enhancements, how would it know what you want to put into the new, empty slots?
3. What happens if you want to change the type of enhancement? (ie. you want to change an end reduction DO to a damage DO).

Nice idea in theory, but I don't see this as a critical need.

IIRC, page 3 paragraph 9 of the Triumph server handbook says "all drama related posts on the forums MUST be about the TW channel". Technically speaking, Baba is directing us to another server, so in this case I believe there is an exception to this rule.

If it will make you all happy, I'll rejoin TW and inquire as to how to obtain an epic mount, then start a drama thread here when I get silenced/banned.

Same here. The rating system was a nice idea, but too easily abused/griefed. I'd also support the suggestion that the HoF and DC arcs be moved to their own tab.

I have my fingers crossed that this got improved in GR. Not getting my hopes up too much though.

This is more of what I had wanted to convey - albeit badly worded on my part... sometimes people (myself included) forget that not everyone in the game has tons of inf to spend on IO sets or knows how to make an optimum build. Sure, it's easy to get past the -DEF crash with IO sets, but I don't think that should be a factor if Rage is looked into again at some point. More DEF sets have been added to the game since this issue with Rage started (IIRC only ICE, STONE and EA were around at the time), so it could stand to be revisited.

Just IMO, but the -DMG and End hit are not as bad as the -DEF crash for DEF based sets.

Can the average player stack Rage sufficiently to avoid the crash with just SOs and without Hasten?

I've no doubt the in-game item emailing being developed will charge a fee if you send inf/items. WoW charges a "postal fee" if you send something.
