Might be one or two others.

Reason I ask is you are kind of forced into slotting (or frankenslotting) these powers. It would be nice to have an Accurate ToHit Buff recipe set, or add in another ToHit Buff set that has at least some accuracy built into it.
  2. Just out of curiosity... why has there never been an Accurate ToHit Buff IO recipe set added?

IIRC, the stated reasons were initially that there were a limited number of powers that would be able to slot it, but the same could be said for Healing and ToHit Debuffs... and we did get Accurate ToHit Debuff and Accurate Healing IO sets.

Tried doing a little search-fu and didn't find anything. Any thoughts?

    2 different types: cars, motorcycles
These aren't regular vehicles, they've been developed specially for Heroes/Villains. They are heavily armored and armed (explained later.)

As for animation i know this will be a pain, the cars will be fairly easy as they already have moving cars. So due to the long hours my suggestion doesn't expect it soon.

    Now for the details,
A vehicle moves as fast as fly because it's safe, you can't be attacked (yet.) It's included in it's own power pool but you purchase it at new stores instead of at a level up, so speed enhancements are allowed.

Combat: certain missions will involve the vehicles, you go after a boss but he escapes in his getaway car, you have no choice but to follow. You go in to an alternate Paragon like the Bank Robbery missions. He will be marked as the mission so you won't get lost. This is where you arms and armor comes into play. They will have guys shooting out the windows at you, and you will be able to shoot while driving or if you have a team they get a temp. power that gives them a gun to shoot at the car. The goal is to kill the gunners and blow up the car. Sometimes the boss will live and you have to kill him using your powers.

If you have any more suggestion please leave them, thanks for reading.
I don't see the development resources going into this because your suggestion really limits the use of this to 1 specfic type of mission (stop boss from escaping). Second, if I can fly in any direction and shoot fire at the boss, why would I want to get into a car and shoot him with a gun? That's just plain silly.

I do this on my Fire/EM blaster. I can punch them so far with Power Thrust, they disappear into the distance. I don't know why it's so funny, but it is.

3% DEF and 3% Resistance to Psi from Impervium Armor is not really worth it IMO. My experience is it is much more survivable to not get hit at all vs. getting hit and resisting some of it. YMMV.

    This.

As much as I love my /WP and /Regen and /INV toons, none of them compare to what I can do with my /SR toons.

Yes and not true at all. Try downloading Mids Hero Designer (if you haven't got it already). You can try out a few builds with it.

  9. Not sure if it will help you with ideas, but thought I'd share it any way. This build differs slightly from my MA/SR in that he doesn't have Combat Jumping (I'm at 63 Months Vet time so I can skip it). I included it though in case you aren't there yet.
