So I'm left to wonder what controls access to tiers. It seems you can skip stuff you don't want and focus on what you do, but how do you access the higher tiers?

Do you purchase access with the vet points? Do you simply have to wait for access after having the account for a certain time?

Anyhow hear anything about this? The details page seems to lack those details.
You use the Reward Tokens to "buy" each of the reward slots and must fill one tier before moving on to the next. Additionally, each tier has a bonus/unlocks game features ( tier 1 gets 50 Paragon Point, tier 2 unlocks Huge avatars/SG access/trading/email/MA, tier 3 privet channel access, etc.).

Standard code rant and all that.

That being said, there appears to be 5 anchor points associated with the head but only half helms uses all of them. If each of the categories re-uses the same anchor points and just changes what items are available for each point, its possible the Devs could use the existing anchor points to give Hats hair.

Do you have a link to that information? During the Panel Positron says that tier 5 will take 13 tokens which is one for each slot starting with tier one and ending with tier 5 filled.

We can rework the Reward Tokens you get thusly:

At the time that FREEDOM is released, use this formula:

N/3 + N/12 (N = Number of months subscribed, drop remainders from both terms)
    fixed.

Short of odd that you'd defend a character who basically does everything you say a hero shouldn't do.

As to whether or not a major character should be killed off, I don't know if its what they're doing in this arc, but how else are they going to establish the coming storm as a plausible threat?

the only respecs that do not stack are freespecs given out with issues for major power changes
Respecs from recipes don't stack either.

Vet Respecs do, and to my knowledge always have, stacked.

Getting to pick the way you ant to travel when you make your avatar would make more sense than having to wait a few levels for it.
I was thinking along the same line, though I would bet they would just give everyone the option of a travel power at level 6, less of a change to the power systems that way.
  11. Is it just me or is the early travel powers unlock not on the chart?

Didn't they already say they were doing some revamping to Mercy? It's not suppose to be as extensive as the Atlas one but I'm pretty sure they said they did some changes and an optimization pass.

I think a lot of that may comes from the fact that Null was scaled up a bit from the original Seagull.

Not a huge deal, but this is complicated by the fact that Resist uses the Defense Buff color.
  16. Have you guys taken those characters back into the tailor since the patch that was suppose to fix the clipping? When I did that with my character using the Classic Steampunk chest detail and mini vest the chest detail disappeared, after re-selecting it I haven't had any clipping issues.

That x is required to use y does not mean that the purchase of x includes y, otherwise the RMV would owe me a car. If the description of the Pre-Perchase/Complete Edition didn't include Incarnates, which to my knowledge neither does, then Incarnates weren't a part of that sale.

Un-check the Show Super group symbol and your Corset should stay.
  19. The flying Woman with the Snake appears to have streaky hair and fire and ice powers, Maybe a Praetorian War Witch?
Edit: Apparently I'm way to late to this game.

Actually, She's missing 2 of the helmet details, the chest detail, the wings, and the hips "Color Mask" , which, oddly enough, is missing from the Valkyrie Costume Set Option. It seems kind sad when the signature character can be reproduced by selecting a costume preset, dropping 3 costume pieces and changing 1 (maybe 2, not sure on the face). Heck you don't even have unlink the costume colors.
  21. If we're going to get nit picky, then counting, say, Tops with Skin->Athletic as a separate costume piece means we have to count every other combination of model->texture->mask as a separate pieces. There needs to be a consistent definition of what constitutes a costume piece, if it's going to be model->texture, as it was for every other category Genia did, then with Skin only has around 5 Tops and 4 Bottoms in the basic creator.

As I recall, his gloves and boots use a texture with the color "baked in" so technically even they're unique.
