The Paragon Police Department has severed its ties with you now that you're a villain.
[750-700-100-5100] Shop Keeper (DJ_Shop_Keeper) Price Gouger
You know better than to work retail in the Rogue Isles. -
To figure out the value of a product you add the cost of all its components. $29.99 is the value of just the Going Rogue content, the ability to start an account and get a free month will run you $19.99 and the costume pack normally goes for $6.99. So while you will pay $39.99 the value of what you get is $56.97.

Quote:Its obviously to late to be of use, but don't forget you can Invite a Friend Back.Other than re-upping your account (Or starting a new one), I don't think there is any way to hop on and check things beyond the Free Trials.

I tried it while logged onto the beta server and it does the same thing as the "Do not Send Buffs at all" options, which is to say, all of the icons on my Status Bar disappeared. I would think the idea is that the server stops telling you what buff is on you, but the Combat Attribute window doesn't seem to be affected so I don't really see the point. I wasn't on a team so it might make more sense under that situation.
-
Here's a slightly fuller explanation I have on the buffsetings that I got from some poster on these forums, don't recall who.
Quote:I use /optionset BuffSettings 4880, which sets the status and goup windows to numeric stacking and blink on, turns of auto and toggle powers for the group window and seems to set the icons for both to be a bit larger (not sure which number does that).Add up all the options you want and use that /optionset command.
Code:
1 status window hide auto
2 status window hide toggles
4 status window no blinking
8 status window no stacking
16 status window numeric stacking
32 status hide buff numbers
64 status stop sending buffs
128 --
256 group window hide auto
512 group window hide toggles?
1024 group window no blinking
2048 group window no stacking
4096 group window numeric stacking
8192 group window hide buff numbers
16384 group window stop sending buffs
32768 --
65536 pet window hide auto
131072 pet window hide toggles?
262144 pet window no blink
524288 pet window no stacking
1048576 pet window numeric stacking
2097152 pet window hide buff numbers
4194304 pet window stop sending buffs -

Founding it only means that he had a hand in setting it up, and has no baring on whether or not he runs it. While it's unclear to what extent he controls it we do know Delia Huntley is the official owner of the group.

Financing Wyvern isn't the same thing as leading it, and I've yet to see anything that says Wyvern is an Assassination Squad.

Quote:The Mids developers have said builds using the unofficial patch do load into the Offical i19 Mids. Not done by Mids guys, no guarantee builds will be able to loaded into i19 mids so I suggest keeping them in a separate folder.
http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showp...1&postcount=36
I've got 'current' mids and that install on my HD with a separate folder for builds from that and it works fine.
Quote:The current development version of Mids is able to load up both I18 builds and unofficial I19 builds. Due to an error in the way the unofficial patch was implemented (namely when they copied the powers they didn't update the internal ID number so there are two powers with the same number and it gets confused), it won't read it properly though; instead, when loading up an unofficial I19 build, it will drop the bad fitness powers and load up the correct inherent fitness powers (it'll lose the slots and enhancements, so you'll have to readd them manually). -
Shift+lbutton "powexecname Caltrops", the l in front of shift will just get dropped when it gets loaded. I don't see why it wouldn't work, I use it for Lighting Rode to good effect.
-
I have to say I'm quite impressed by your ingenuity, keep up the great work.
-
Or 3 extra and one missing. Since the 4 badges are mutually exclusive, I would think they wouldn't each be count for the highest possible badge total, assuming that's the number you quoted, but they would all have been counted for the total number of locked options.
-
Quote:Does the fact that the Patrons badges are being treated as 4 badges help account for the discrepancy?
From a LockedOption count, we're up to 1198 badges displayed by the BadgeReporter! There's a badge for 1250 Badges. I'm not sure that if we get the rest of the I19 badges in we'll be at that number. We'll see. -
Quote:Yes, there would be a price spike at first, but I doubt it be as big of one as the original costume recipes had. They aren't new piece so you wont get the "must have new shiny" demand and it's likely a good chunk of the characters that "need" them already have them.[Edited for a typo]I was thinking the same thing, but then I realized something else about this concept. It would make those costume pieces more in demand temporarily, causeing those TF's to become slightly more popular, causing lag in the process, and making it more annoying. Then the popularity would die down because of oversaturation on the market. I was there for the costume recipes, and I have to say that's exactly what went down. (Except they weren't tied to specific missions or TF's.) Now, look at them on the market, the value has gone down, and people wouldn't farm to get them, because they are too common. If they made the TF's farmable for costume drops, they would have a constantly bouncing population of people who think they can make a profit off of the recipes.
Of course both statements could be wrong, i've been known to make mistakes. I've also been known to stir up a little trouble. Or have I? -
Quote:That chance for +47 damage is it's chain and it will jump around from one target to the next till it runs out. I know there's a flag to a Mob that gets hit to keep it from doubling back, but I don't recall if there's a target cap, and if any of the targets die from the hit it stops the chain. It looks like it's including 4 jumps in its average.According to the Detailed Info on the power, it supposedly does 288 average damage. Yet, the first person I hit with it usually only gets 60 points of smashing and 39 points of energy damage (white-con minions, power fully slotted with 1xAcc, 1xEndRed, 1xRech, 3xDam, Level 30 IO's).
In what number system does 60 + 39 = 288? Not Base 10, that's for sure.
Is the "possible" +47 points of damage done to nearby foes counted in the Average? -

Since I was invited as part of the "Loyalty Beta Test of Issue 19" (I assumed it was part of the loyalty program) I was kind of surprised some Posters didn't seem to be in beta.

Unless there's a warrant out for their arrest due to past crimes.

That depends largely on what "type" of magic and gods CoH has. Magic can have rules and not all gods are omnipotent.

Any character, both Loyalist and Resistance, can get the arcs from the first Warden and Responsibility contacts for each zone without an introduction, you just walk up to them and click, and they will introduce you to the next contact in their chain when you finish their arc. Also, as you guessed, if you switch allegiances in a morality mission, you can still contact the leader of your original faction and use those options, which is why even Crusader and Power missions have them.
