When I started playing this game six years ago, I loved what it stood for...people doing heroic things to help others and keep the villains down. Statesman represented all that to me. He was the symbol for all that was good, and a great role model. The thing is, I am still in awe of him., and I revere him fondly after all this time. Jack Emmert may be gone, but the essence of Statesman is not really one man. I love his patriotic theme...even his belt buckle is awesome.
So when people belittle him and make fun of him, I get a bit of a twinge. He will always have my loyaly and respect because of what he stands for and the lore in the game of his epic feats. I am not a role player, and I know this is 'just a game', but I have had tremendous fun here and made lifetime friends. It doesn't matter if folks want to poke fun at him, I only am expressing my feelings...I don't even know if anyone else feels like I do. All I know is I will continue to hold States in awe, and consider him the bigger-than-life heroic leader of this game I love so much. Laugh at me if you will, it's ok -
Some elements can function differently some can't. I don't know which the suppress vs. drop flag is but I wouldn't bet on it being one that can.

My bet would be on at least some of it being the animal booster pack.

They're just the mitten hands with transparent lines set into them, you can see what it looks like on a player by selecting the Wolf & helm options on an Arachnos Soldier. The Female hand looks OK, the male and huge, not so much.

For what it's worth, I found My Elm/ElA Brute's survivability went up significantly when I learned to sap, to the point that I have gotten a few words of praise for my tanking abilities on that character. I use Power Sink early and often. Between that and Lighting Field, I can keep Minion, Lts and most Bosses' End low enough to reduce or even stop their attacks.

The problem would be that, if its done in the same meaner as Ghost Widows, the hair alone would put you over the "cape limit."

Two in each seems slightly excessive, Ninja run with 1 level 50 IO in swift, according to mids, puts you at 41.5 MPH, a second puts you at 43.6 (a second IO in Sprint will do more then a second IO in Swift). Ninja run and a single IO in Hurdle 59.3 MPH jump speed and 41.7 ft with the second, 66.6 MPH and 44.4 ft.

I didn't see the post but I remember people referencing it during closed beta. It might be that you can't find it because it got locked away when the beta boards were closed.

Problem with calling it just an Incarnate buff is that we have no idea if later Incarnate stat boosts will function in the same manner. By using such a broad term you don't gain any level of clarification, the term doesn't imply it's own meaning, and you risk possible future confusion. At least with Universal Enhancement you can draw some information on the mechanic just from the name, that its an enhancement with a larger scope. We could go with Penomni (almost all) Enhancement.

For one of my soldier, I gave him a normal name with the intent of setting his rank using badges, starting with Wolf Spider Tac Op at 20 and ending with Marshal. -

Some, looks extremely awesome, like: Nightstar, Marauder, Belladonna Vetrano, Mother Mayhem, Neuron...
Some are nice but could be better and use reclycled pieces like: Battle Maiden, Black Swan, Bobcat...
Some look so damn old and oudated compared to the rest, like: Dominatrix, Chimera, Diabolique...
Its a pitty not all of them got a make over.
Also, the heroes from Paragon should get a well deserved upgrade... -

This. While neither being implemented would bother me, there's a large difference between "that looks silly but doable" and "how the hell would that even work." Also, has there been any actual confirmation of a new temp travel power?
