I agree that it should work like the WW/BM with the slider and ability to manually input numerical data. -

ok, in a nutshell:
Mission Architect grants tickets, not direct drops. People are farming these tickets and rolling for their lottery chance at bazillions. This means that salvages aren't being generated and marketed.
Now, we farm tickets, roll for salvages (common because ticket rates on rares is retarded) and we laugh and point at people who just bought our Luck Charms for 800k and our Ceramic Armor Plates for 300k each.
(of course, Posi tried to yoke us with a 1500 ticket cap per map that is so borked that one run will cap you with 8 tickets and another may cap you with 1389 and another run may gove you 337) -
So after I jerk hacked the game with the rares I was dupin, I loaded up this sweet farm map in AE that was taking my alts from 40-47 in one run and the Arc# is

Kheldarn has been avoiding FNF recently because of the severe lag he and I have been experiencing in KR, Atlas etc. When I told him that we would be in IP and that it didn't lag me that bad last week, he says he'll come back and give it a shot.
Hopefully IP stays lag free like it was for me last week. -

I love the AE. I love what we can do with it. However, I have always said that new players to this game should have to experience the game before locking themselves away in the APAE.
I know that after the VEATS, the Devs said they wouldn't use "Get to 50 first" as a method to unlock future contact but...
Maybe the AE should be boarded up and locked with the following key to unlock it.
Use the Kill X badges. Make a collection combination that unlocks AE.

Require the new player to complete atleast 1 contact's story arc for each level bracket on their way to that first 50. -

Back in Issue 9 a level 50 earned prestige at 100 Inf : 1 prestige. Since the (a) XP/INF smoothing, and (b) the 50% cap on Inf lost while in group mode means that level 50s can earn at a bit more than 50 Inf : 1 prestige rate.
Yes, the conversion rate sucks that much. So instead of converting at ten times the regular earned rate, you are offering at five times the earned rate.
Sorry, but the Registrars are committing grand larceny. People that have done the research will tend to avoid doing that conversion.

If the Devs would bring the conversion down to 50:1, in line with the Lvl 50 earning potentials you mention, I would start sinking a metric chuckload of inf into my SG/VGs. It would also be more accessible for SG/VG Mates to donate their Inf to the group, because right now there's little reason to conribute to the group.
The mentality I see is "Gimme Gimme Gimme Me Me Me Me Me" and "What can your group do for Me while I stay out of SG Mode to afford those purples I've got my panties in a twist over..."
So yeah, 50:1 would probably result in me turning half my personal assets into prestige, in addition to running in SG Mode 24/7 like I already do on all my alts. -

Strangely enough, IP didn't lag me at all last friday.
We can try KR and see if it acts up like when we did the Wild West edition, or if it's gonna behave. -
Ok, not sure I'm gonna make it. I haven't been able to get Talos to load and stay stable since I14 went live. Even after they put WW in there thigs went nuts.

I've already been warned now that if I put Shadow in a bikini for this event, I will suffer dearly. It will dwarf your blinded misery by atleast 100 fold. -
Up until last month, the Walmart near my house still had the Tabula Rasa Collector Edition on the shelf for $80, a craptastic metric chuckload of WoW cards and not even an Architect Edition or CoH/V timecard in sight.
Game Stop had the Architect Edition, but refuse to sell the time cards.
Target and Best Buy have been very hit or miss since '07. -

I fully agree and would like to add that it not only tell us what level we took our powers, but at what level we added each slot. That way we would have a complete roadmap of how we built a character.
(really comes in handy when your comp blows up and you lose your Mids backups)
