It wont be as fun ganking him when he's not a Ranger.

Also gives them almost unlimited endurance.

Use MoG in PvP and you become every Blaster's [censored]. Scrapper with Focused Acc will probably laugh at you too.

Managed to actually make it for a short while, unlucky though folks...

Just checked my planner - apparently the resists to smash/lethal are the same.

But yeah Psi tornado does have lower damage, but has more utility.

Not trying to derail the thread or anything, but Fire is more effective at making dead bodies, though Psi tornado does have a good Knockup, and -Recharge, plus a very low resisted damage type. All in all I'd say Fire Epic doesn't have much over Psi, bar the end recovery power and slightly higher damage. With Psi you get better Control and more survivability, in both PvE and PvP.

I think Psi is still the best, ok Indom Will is no longer perma (RIP ) but you can get Psi damage for Containment which isn't widely resisted, Mez resist every now and again and of course a shield which covers Smash/Lethal as well as Psi.

The other pools don't really compare, Power comes close with Power Boost but you're probably planning PvP at 40+ so you'll be Arena-ing no? Psi is better cause you die less with it, Power Boost might help you get a kill every now and again.

Oh, and slotting Knockback distance in anything to me seems a waste, there's little point. Especially for Lightening Storm, is there any point in having anything but Accuracy, Damage or End Drain in this?

Oh and you're not slotting enough Accuracy for Levitate/Mesmerize/Dominate.

Three slotting Superspeed is technique???

I've been part of two successful raids and one unsuccessful one, I think I know what it takes for Hamidon - it's not exactly rocket science. Ok getting enough people is the tricky part but if the right people turn up and the wrong ones don't you win. Anyhoo please skim over my future posts if you think my 'extended ego' is anything more than a silly joke.

It was only a recomendation, if those people turned up those are the people I'd want to lead PA bombers, don't rely on them to come, have a back-up.

I definately wont be able to make this, I'd reccomend Dr Nexus or Kaya to lead PA team, there were two others who's name escape me too who were good. Illusionist? And someone who's name was rather strange but I'm sure there was a 'T' in there somewhere.

Oh and this is what I've got to say about J's costume plan - Huzzah! (BTW the Pa lead has to wear this)

No slot your single target hold 2acc 2hold 2 recharge, otherwise you'll only be able to stack it well with Hasten up.

I think there should be more recharges in Levitate too, so you can really spam it and play with people like a Yo-yo.

I'd forget Stealth, get Invis and Grant invis instead. You can still stay out of the way better with Invis than without it. But a Spines Scrapper doing so? PAH!

This meant that it's not a good idea to take body over Dark for a PvP build, which yours obviously isn't since yours is apparently PvE and PvP.

Missing out Travel power because you have a Kin is a baaaaaad idea, it might seem like it'll work but believe me (from first hand experience) it doesn't.

Well they didn't suggest going Dark over Body did they.

Animal - Yes it's very tight, but I always go for Travel powers quick, thing I normally put off till late is Resilience or Quills (I don't actually have Quills in my build at the moment).

Avenger - You'd be better off with Barb Swipe to be honest, which is terrible, but if I were to drop Spine Burst I'd go into either Leadership for the +perception (means dropping Stealth too) or Fighting for Toughness (Also means dropping Stealth).

Leadership would be better. BTW I wouldn't reccomend a Spines Scrapper at Bloody Bay, all you ever do is Impale and Lunge and that's just poo. Better off in Sirens or Warburg.

For a start Zak the thread is about which is better for PvP a DM or Spines both Regen. Secondly Energy Torrent I find gives Spines that extra AoE in PvE to be even better, plus it doesn't knock down unless the mob is one level below you, better damage type than Lethal too.

In PvP however it's a good knockdown tool and of course another Ranged attack which you can never get enough of. I realise Dark Armour needs to use low end attacks and that's part of what's wrong with them in PvP, a flaw, it doesn't make Barb Swipe a good power.

Lunge is like twice as good as Barb Swpie and even then it's poor, not even worth using with the incredibly low damage it does and the long animation which Spines has enough of already.

All you want to be doing ever is Impale, Ripper, Throw Spines and the occasional Lunge, if we're talking 50 though fit in Energy Torrent or Laser Beam Eyes instead of Lunge (You will take Body because I command it, among other reasons)

You don't take Spine Burst for PvP other than that it looks ok, though I'd go with Haste and SS instead of leaping.

In PvE (What's that again...? ) I tend to never stand still, always jumping around and positioning my AoEs better, I'm a Energy Torrent/Spine Burst/Throw Spines bot with the occasional Ripper.

In PvP I'm your worst nightmare!

Spines is the best PvP Scrapper set.

There you go question answered.

BTW Barb Swipe sucks.
