Luckey is supposed to be uncaring without being disrespctful or insubordinate. (He is a trained Program soilder after all)

He really doesn't want to be special or recongnized in anyway. Which is why his psychic ablitities manifests the way it does. He doesn't actually disappear but he makes people think he's not there. I was intending that those from the program or those with psychic training would still be able to see him. I didn't know exactly how invisable he would be with NO FX from willpower. I guess he's more powerful than I thought.

Let me clarify..

I have use CM and fortitude on the tank when it was needed I.E. fighting GeeDubs Recluse, Reichsman and other tough to beat hard hitting AV's.

But fighting normals mobs I only really make sure those that need mezz protection get it.

It's been my experience that Blasters being the aggro magnets they can be get fortitude first then Controllers then Scrappers.

On my Emp I can perma Fort three people and almost perma AB one. The AB usually goes to a Blaster or whomever needs the end more.

I don't I've ever put a Fortitude or cm on a tanker out of an AV fight ever on my emp.

And the way I have my keymap for that toon is I emp and move with the right hand and blast with the left.

I take Tacl at 3 to 1 odds. oh look I'm 31
