um....I think it would be pretty easy.
as far as jumping Go ahead run across Independence Port with SS and start jumping. I dunno about you but it looks like I'm skipping on the surface not jumping from that fake bottom in "deep" water.
I may be over simplifying this but if we could run on the surface it would only be with Super Speed and moving un-surpressed. If we get slowed down due to attacking or being attacked we should realistically break the surface tension of the water and get wet. -
The hanging projectile happens a lot with Propel.
And, JK I always have to wonder when my nrg snipe goes off and flies off my fist in the opposite direction of my target. I love the "Wild" shot. Yeah anyway can we get the random node a bit closer to the target, Please BaBs? -

Had a lot of fun. My computer Crashed hard after the monster mash. didn't get a chance to run the Trick or Treat for villains. Maybe later this week.

Details: Halloween is just around the corner and no Halloween is complete without Trick or Treating. Join P.E.R.C. (Player Event Resource Committee) in Croatoa for a Trick or Treating experience like no other. A representative will give out clues (in broadcast / request) as to where to hunt to find other representatives that will be handing out ToT goodies. You never know what you might just get.

CALLING ALL MONSTERS! Join us after the costume contests for a one of a kind costume contest. P.E.R.C. is in search of Paragon City's scariest and most frightening monsters. If you think your Monster Costume is the most elaborate and scariest this side of Croatoa you are urged to show up and participate.
Gathering Details: Contestants are urged to gather in Pocket D by 8:30pm EST (immediately following the ToT event). Contestants will receive information on where to line up for judging from a P.E.R.C. representative.
Judging Details: A panel of P.E.R.C. players will be compiled to judge this event. Judges will be voting on creativity, costume idea, costume choices, and overall concept. All costume parts should be monster-ish and deemed appropriate for terrifying young children. Your biography, character name, etc. should all fit the monster concept!
Prizes:
1st Place: 15 Million
2nd Place: 10 Million
3rd Place: 5 Million
Honorable Mentions: 1 Million
