No I have looked at this time and time again that is a right hand on her left arm. there is no amount of lighting that can make a left hand look like a right hand.
My guess is it was originally her right arm reaching over but it was decided that it was blocking her bewbs. -

EMpulse isn't that new. She technically took Ex-libris' position as Community Supervisor (or what ever it is called) a few months ago, Same time Mod08 developed a split personality (theOcho). When Niv left Ocht took over most of her duties.

Doubly the line artist was Snareser the colorist was of course me(Scooter).
so I would totally count Spidey0318 as Omi ans scratch O off the list. -
