As i recall all the cowboy styled hats have hair in the back.
There are very few hat options that work for bald characters. -

Really it varies with the AT and specific alt. i have several built around chaos and absurdity for when i'm in the mood to have silly fun and utterly crush my foes.
Their LFT note usually alludes to this. -

i second trying Doms if you like Blasters.
i'm also partial to Controllers and Defenders.
City of Heroes was the first MMO i tried and it's still the only one i've subscribed to.
In the forums and in game it still has the best community of any MMO that i've seen.

Somewhat appropriate to this thread and something that JUST happened at my place of employment...
I work for a company that has its headquarters in the UK. My office is in the US. One of our sales teams just sent out a pat-on-the-back type email for the great week they had. In this email, there are some pictures of the folks on the team. One of them is making a two-fingered gesture which is quite harmless here but somewhat rude in the UK.
And yes, there were several of our UK colleagues cc'ed on that email.
Allegedly one of the Presidents Bush was in a motorcade/parade in Australia and was making the "V" with the hands the wrong way 'round, but i have no idea if that's true. However, it's rather funny if it did happen. -

These are pretty much used only by harddrive manufacturers and crappy tech journalists that like buzzwords. The usual retort is that they're using the SI prefixes incorrectly!!!! But that's not true if you remember these are really base 2 numbers. And why try to redefine a unit of measurement after its been in widespread use for, what, half a century? There isn't one.
So in short:
Kilobyte = 1024 bytes (the world), or 2 ^ 10 bytes
Kilobyte = 1000 bytes (hard disk manufacturers)
Kibibyte = a brand of dog food
Also, i thought a kibibyte was 1024 chibis. -
