Ah, okay. i had a feeling it was something like that, but the page's description wasn't clear to me. i wasn't thinking, and all the RSS feeds i've used had the same icon.

Ah, so how would i use it properly with Firefox? i've added other XML feeds before (6 so far), but those were more... automated i guess.

On the Server Status page it says "The server status will update automatically, therefore there is no need to refresh this page. An XML feed of the server-status has also been provided and can be linked to using the icon located at the bottom of the page."
When i click on the icon i get:

The last time i recall the Devs saying that was also before phased targets were given the ability to attack each other in PvP. Even before that Police/Arachnos Drone, Hamidon and Mitochondria blasts had the ability to affect phased targets. IIRC, debuff toggles placed on enemies continue running when they phase even though they stop having an effect on the anchor. It may be possible now to have a toggle continue to affect phased targets. Since i'm not a Dev i can't say for sure. -

What if someone wants to get at player-made missions right at Level 1? Especially redside, where just getting from Fort Darwin to the Port Oakes ferry would be nearly impossible for a Level 1 character. Well, probably excepting Stalkers, of course.

Nah, any villain can do it. i just consider row versus wade. A bit slow and tedious, but it's easy at level 1 to reach the ferry, albeit soggy. Or i could spend 15-20 minutes killing stuff around the fort to get a couple levels and then just run through most of the island. -
It looks like something that would usually belong in Archetypes and Powers General Discussion or Suggestions and Ideas. The sets themselves... i don't hate the idea, but it doesn't particularly resonate with me either.

The Blue Mitos chain fear/damage attack doesn't expire as long there's somebody close enough and in line of sight to an "infected" person. Even if there are no Blues around or even if you aren't even in the same *zone* (we brought it back tonight to TI for laughs and giggles), the infection will keep going as long as there's at least one target to chain too.
If an infected person makes it back to the Safe Rock after the evac you'll have a mess on your hands until you can herd the infected cats off the rock and away from everybody else.
This makes Shadow Fall *much* more important than before and it'll also be important for Emps and others with a Fear prot buff to keep it up on as many teammates as possible even after the all the Blues are down.
Not sure if this a bug or "working as intended" but I filed a bug report on it in any event.

i filed a bug report on it as well. When the electrolytic blast was jumping off my controller in TI i kept trying to get it to chain to the tram police drone near Luminary. That worked part of the time, but it wasn't fun for the lower level characters going there to level. i would've preferred to keep it on the dirt mound, but it was dragged over to the tram by some oblivious imps before i grab it back.
The WTF?! moments for a bunch of people in TI were amusing. A bouncing attack that can be carried across zones to sic on other players is almost certainly not working as intended. At least we didn't take it to AP... -

An additional in-game currency type doesn't really bother me, but then i deal with mutliple types of real life currency that work in a similar manner. As do many people, if you think about it. (Frequent flyer miles, currency earned in an MMO, reward/discount points at supermarkets, X-Box points, etcetera.) -

Which is business as usual, and the best way it could be. (It probably turns out that all arcades have massive boilers in the basement that seem to run to more than just a heating system as well.)
So far this sounds far more awesome than i had expected. Even what i've seen and read of the interface is is better than i'd hoped.
i've definitely got some story and mission ideas i can't wait to try. At least one will be an homage to P K Dick's writing inspired by novels of his like [u]VALIS[u], [u]Ubik[u] and [u]The Man in the High Castle[u] that play with the conceptual and philosophical implications of Architect arcades being more than just fancy holograms... -

Anyway, i had something similar happen when doing the Cavern of Transcendence trial a couple weeks ago. The whole team zoned into the map at the same time and when the loading screen cleared several teammates were dead and the rest of the team was down to 5% health or so. There were no enemies in sight, living or dead. Several of us filed bug reports at the time. -

[/ QUOTE ]Actually it's been explicitly stated by the Devs that 50 is as high as the game will ever go. Nothing increasingly clear about it, it was directly stated several months ago that raising the level cap past 50 will not work with the current powers slotting/leveling system. That does not rule out secondary methods of progression, much like day jobs, exotic IO's, vet rewards and the like have extended capabilities, but the Devs have not given any indication that anything of the sort is in development for 50's, so level 50 is it for now.
Still, there has been more stuff for 50's to do with every update, and a bunch of new content for the existing upper levels makes more sense than having to create new systems and scaling to accommodate adding more levels. Still hoping for a shiny new zone for i15. (Moonbase! Moonbase! MOONBASE!) -
