On a related note, do you think there's any mileage in me re-slotting some moves with interrupt reduction?

I'm thinknig along the lines of Twilight Grasp, Darkest Night, maybe Tar Patch. Just thinking that with the power they hit at, the difference between healing at say 230 (without heal SO's) as opposed to 361 is possibly a price worth paying to have a faster activation which would be beneficial from a -regen point of view.

Any thoughts?

From my persepctive it gives all the powers I really want by level 30, so gives you plenty of time to slot them how you want them.

Also took the mako PP as it's got the shark holds, although admittedly the pet was just a whim.

I took DS, much as I think he's rubbish, if you're team support I guess he could come in handy.

Oh, and I tweaked the name just slightly too

However DM ftw - I'm finding that combos of Tar Patch, Darkest Night, Fear, Petrifying Gaze, Twilight Grasp and the odd sprinkling of Howling Twilight are helping chip away at the AVs, so it's all good.

However, if you're really going for support, it's surely make sense to take the leadership PP earlier at the expense of Ice Blast moves? Aim? you really need it if you've got Assault and Tactics? Better to have a small increase all the time than a slightly larger one for 10 seconds every x minutes?

Also no patron? won't that give you some holds that would again provide support for the team?

Just my opinion of course. With SV the only powers I've taken which I consider to be non-support are my travel powers and the 5 ninja related from my primary - and even they can add a little extra damage dealing in a fight.

Of course, you won't be able to solo for toffee, but then with a name like 'Ice Heart' they'd all be out to give you a kicking anyway, so it's probably for the best

However, I will try to be more contructive than this, so i've have a play and maybe post a build.

I'm running on a geforce 7900GT (256mb) and I have texture quality of lowest, all sliders down to lowest, shader quality to lowest, no FSAA, no debris etc etc etc and I'm still consistently the slowest to zone, and it's taking me longer to cross a zone with my single range SO slotted tp than someone with SJ.

In contrast, I set all to max, including world details to 200% and FSAA 4x, depth of field and all that - and tp'd my way up steel canyon last night without dropping a frame.

btw, what the hell is a 'memory leak', and why isn't it affecting everyone? Is there anything I can do my end to sort it?

I just bought a new computer - before i7 everything was lovely - smooth, no lag, a real dream to play (I even respecced my toons to tp to make the most of the no-lag)

now i'm running on the lowest settings posible, taking nearly 2 minutes to zone each time, and dropping out of the air like a stone everytime I'm part-way to my destination.

I'm finding it really really frustrating

you know what would be a good idea? if before they released a new issue, they put it on something like a 'test server' where they could iron out all the bugs before live date
