I try to sleep but they're wide awake. They won't leave me alone. They don't get paid to take vacations or to leave me alone. I try to hide but they still spy on me, they just won't leave me alone. They persecute me; they think they're judge and jury all in one.
I'll trade you for the negativity police. At least those guys you can turn off that panel. Through, I'm surprised they haven't removed rep yet; given how they eventually turned off the original rep system. Heck, look at how people are using the current rep system, even giving rep to ex-red names to drive them into negative rep. -
Someone actually tried this with a LGTF before, but it had a lot of problems. No one wanted to take the alpha, half the team was scouting the map, and it takes a long time to clear a mission only using assassin strikes.

My ice blaster has the two holds plus the munitions pool hold. I only use bitter freeze ray in AV fights, due to the before mentioned long animation. Have a full set of Lockdown on it.

Inherent/stamina's didn't fit on the screen shot. Stamina is four slotted w/ a shifter proc. Health has a numina. Some of the 6th slots are less then impressive but it works out well. -
My build, if you're curious / want other ideas:
As you can see, I'm all about the 6th slot bonus. I rarely use fireshield, just have the -kb proc on it. LoTG rare on combat jumping. 3 dam/ranges on the snipe (only use that for pulling).

A few comments:
Why six slot posi blast and not devestation or Fire Shield? The higher bonuses on targetted aoe's are not very good.
Not really a huge benefit of three slotting Health. Move one slot to Fire Shield and put a -KB IO there.
Might want to consider putting some more range on Teleport (and for the Shard, end cost!).
There is NO point is slotting Bonfire for damage.
RoP: Personally, I slot mine 3 recharge, 3 dam/mez ham-o's.

Well, the problem is that there's dozens of 1-20 contacts, but most of them only give out 2-4 door missions and then 20 street sweeps. I think we can safely combine a few of them.

Out of curiosity, are you guys mainly soloers or only in small teams with your blasters?
If you want single target damage, you really should have gone for a scrapper. If you want to help the team to quickly nail large spawns, you're going really want your two main ranged aoe's.

Wish they'd just make the lower levels less painful rather then just making it so you level past it so fast.
Eliminate trainers.
Eliminate DO's.
Cut out most of the lower level contacts. There's too many of them.
Cut out most of the low level street sweep missions.
Move up the phone call to one mission or automatic.

Something similar happened years back w/ some of the green colors. Check your costume/color combination and see if you can replicate it on another character. Then bug it.

There's a difference between surviving the hold and breaking the mez. You can survive the hold if the healers are paying attention. However, I don't think you have much of a way to BREAK the hold.

NO blaster should skip is main cone and targeted aoe attacks. These are generally essential.
