I generally do not modify a characters costume once I make the character, unless it's a planned change due to the moronic nature of unlockable costume pieces (witches hat, capes, Vanguard weapons, etc).
From each package, there's only one or two pieces that I'd ever use. It's just not worth that much money for a few pieces. A few of the Valk set, one of the ninja masks (maybe), or of the helmet options from the warrior set, and the animated wolf tail. That's about it.
I really don't understand their pricing scheme. Obviously, they feel like they're making money off it, or else they'd change the pricing scheme. Five to eight dollars? I'd likely buy half of them. Ten dollars? Haven't bought a single one, except the magic pack via the architect edition (which made it effectively four dollah).

Target level is 36ish. Anyone lagging behind; really suggest running a make up TF. Going to be running Manticore and Katie before next week myself. Also going to run Buck "the Jerk" Salinger via o-zone to unlock Katie. Hate his redcap arc so much...
Team Hamster tonight ran through the Path of Darkness Council arc, along with misc. other missions including Doctor's Ally. Got Steven Sheridan's arc started for next week.
Reminder; if you haven't done it, run the Welcome to Vanguard fedex/hunt 10 rikti mission so you can get vanguard merits. -

What I will say is that having played the game as long as I have, I see no reason to start a character red / blue anymore. There is no new content at the lower levels that is not Gold side, so that's where I start my new characters. And as soon as they produce gold side content higher than level 20, that is where I will keep my characters - until they run out of Gold side stuff to do, then I'll come over to wherever I choose.
That's currently the big draw back of goldside; complete exclusion of teaming with people 20+.

I must say, it takes a coordinated effort to fail at PvP on both the forums and in game. In that measure at least, BLT was pretty dang successful...

Of course, that leads to some questions.... Assuming Hamidon turned into Hamidon at the same time in our Universe and Preatorian universe, how old was he AND Tanya at the time? Because she was described as a "young woman," so let's assuming 35 at the oldest. So there's a possibility if this WAS written years in the past, Dr. Hamidon may be a pedophile.

Have a level 50 axe/shield brute, sucks end like crazy. Even with IO sets, numina proc, miracle proc, and p.shifter proc it is STILL hateful.
