Should. When you aggro the Titan, all the mobs rush to it. So if you had enough flyers with confuse and then attacked the titan...

Yes, but what would be the incentive 2-3 months from implementation? We'd all have the badges on the characters we cared about, and would, I would guess, have less incentive to do a rather annoying task again?

The drop ships, however, need more. I think there were what, 40-50 folks that did it the first time on Test? And that was when you could affect the ships with slow powers. Since the devs made the ships invulnerable to -speed powers, would be even more difficult. -

I think the devs explicitly stated that they wouldn't give it a badge so that it would be a fun optional activity rather than something people felt like was required. Besides, a badge mean people will just do it once and then ignore it so that would be a waste.

Intentionally causing debt for other players is a ToS violation, generally. The problem is showing intent. Most of the people that have gotten suspended for pulling monsters / herding mobs onto people were also stupid enough to admit doing it in game chat.
Apparently they weren't smart enough to realize that maybe, just maybe, the game logs chat. -
