One thing which stands out to me is that you're not reaching the soft cap on defense.

Unless the power is flagged as being unenhancable by it.

Will prob unlock the hearts pattern on a couple of chars.
Mostly cause hearts top with miniskirt and mesh pattern look so darn hot

Have to say i don't quite like the level boost/reduce feature there. Also the H5N1 there doesn't really fit thematically imo. It's more poison than time control.


In my opinion more themeatically powers could be:

Precognition - Gives great insight of things to come. Raised Defense.
Rewind - You turn back the time around an ally, removing their wounds. Heal power.
Space-Time displacement - You displace your target in time and space. Foe intagible.
Time Stop - You halt the time for your target, rendering them helpless. Foe hold.
Time leap - Self teleport.

Not really powers that would fit a dominator set, just some time ideas really. Might suit a defender primary more dunno.

I recall it was possible to use recall friend and put people into the cages and they were unable to get out.

All my chars have Stamina, i think there's no exception to that. However i've never once felt stamina is a must have, i just like to have it because it reduces and even removes downtime for me.
Fitness is a pool for improving your quality of life imo
Perhaps one day i will try make a build without stamina, but now level 22 is a goal for me when characters are becoming more fun to play and i can pick up the pace. At 22 i get both SOs and will have a three slotted stamina.

I never have any problems with having to retype /sync.
i do it once when i finished zoning and then i don't have to use it again until i zone again.

Elitism for me has always been the "I have better loot than you/my guild can kill boss x and therefore i am better then you and you're but dirt beneath me".

In CoX it's mostly "i'm more veteran than you, so you should all do what i tell you to cause i know best" or "you play the game wrong in my opinion and therefore i will kick you from team".

It seems to have fixed itself during weekend. I had computer turned off while family visited. Then when i booted up on sunday i got a popup in msn if i wanted to update my profile, and now i can see peoples profiles, i could also follow download links and finally got the f'in games for windows client so i could buy fallout 3 expansion.

Not sure what the error was, heh. Seems to have fixed itself tho.

WW was super laggy on sunday. Took forever and then some to put things on the WW or claim inf from sold goods.

Yes i find very hard to believe it's our ISPs, as i have chars who both have sync bug and those who don't.
It is related to lag, as i experienced it on a new char over on union during the dxp event where union was suffering from long loads and etc.

But what i think is odd is that even tho the lag is gone, the sync bug remains. For me the problem doesn't go away in a week or two, if a char gets the sync bug it persists on that char indefinatly.

I quite liked Resilience, whenevr i used an awaken i never had the stun period and could get back to fighting immideatly, without having to save a break free.

This is most likely your problem.
If your account is scheduled to be billed before the veteran reward it will not show up until you're actually on the billing period when the reward will come.

example.
You get billed on the 20th. get veteran reward on the 25th.
from 1-20th you will not see the veteran reward, but once you're billed on the 20th, you'll be able to see that you'll get the veteran reward on the 25th.

I've used maybe... 5 respecs at most on one character. 3 of those being freespecs.

I used to respec my char when they hit 30 to move the travelpowers to an earlier level, but i've stopped doing that now as i come to think it's pointless

There's been the odd char where i used a respec before 20, usually when i tried something new and didn't like it.
Most my chars even have all their 4 vetspecs left, as by the time i wanna respec em, they've gotten a freespec anyway

hehe yea, somehow i don't think pickpocketing on the train is a big problem for Paragons citizens.

My internet explorer is acting up wierd lately.
For example, when i try download from microsoft i get "page cannot be displayed", when i try view profiles from msn i get same error.

I can surf normally without much incidents, tho sometimes when i click links it goes back to previous page, like if i search on google and click a link it goes back to google main page, second time i click link it's fine tho.

Also whenever i reboot, the very first time i start internet explorer it shuts itself down, then second time i start it, it launches and i can surf etc.


Kind of sounds like i have some virus or something.
The only thing i installed between when it worked and the way it almost works now, is i installed Live Messenger 2009.


Tried search on google but my search fu is apparently weak. Anyone got ideas? pretty please with sugar ontop.

Cause i kind of have a hard time seeing psi melee. I punch/kick and they take psi damage... doesn't make sense really. Better imo, to make it like Psylocke, to manifest it as a weapon. Tho i spose pyslocke was telekinetic, but eh.

Hehehe gotta share something which happened when i teamed once.

Joined a team and there was a brute on it who just said "lol elec melee" so i hit build up + lightning rod + shield charge obliterating two spawns at once leaving only bosses up and i said "lol SS/WP". then he quit the team
