Ok, i've rethought Envys build some, and i'd like some more input on it, other ideas would be fab.
Still not sure if i want flight on her, but with the speed boost in issue 14 to hover it could be nice.

    didn't think so.

    Hero class HP?

I know which mission you mean, they feel more like EBs than Heroes. Definatly tougher than a boss tho.

I applied to the US beta and got in. Played it some there and got caught... hook, line and sinker.
The thing which appealed the most to me was the costume creator by far.

    [/ QUOTE ]

How did you hear about the beta though? Was it something you just stumbled upon on the interwebz?

    [/ QUOTE ]

It was during the time i applied for every beta there was. I don't really recall where i found it first. I applied to every beta there was during that time, and i got in and played maybe 10-12 betas of MMOs during the period 2003-2005.

Is your wallet empty? Does your girl/boy-friend cost you too much? Play CoH it'll be a money saver for you!

    The Money Pit

Pretty sure i've sunken a fair amount into CoH by now

CoH preorder US edition: $50+$50 shipping (express overseas is EXPENSIVE!) say around €75 total.
CoV collectors EU: 499SEK ~ €45 (around there when i got it)
    Wedding Pack: €8.99
    Item Pack: €8.99
    Cyborg Pack: €8.99
    Mac Edition: €14.99
Two extra slots: €5 (? don't recall if it was 5 or 5.99).

Total game time: 53 months, Say one month is €11 due to me not buying one at a time. three months discredited from free game time. One month extra tho in overlap between going from US to EU. total 51 months paid ~ €561

    Total so far : ~ €725

For nearly 5 years of enjoyment, that is not alot of money.
Considering the amounts of fun i've had in CoX it's money well spent! And i don't regrent spending a cent of it.

Bring on more costume packs and other goodies!
Add more catgirl options and you can have all of me!

    WoW copies CoX?

I'd love to see some TV ads for CoX really.
Even tho WoWs were rather groan worthy (Mr T made me laugh tho. Night Elf MOHAWK!) i'm pretty sure they made people intrested in it.
  11. Sapphic_Neko

    Hero class HP?

hover the mouse pointer over their hitpoints bar in the target window. after a few secs it will show their actual HP.

You cannot do anything until the info shows tho. if you use a power the info will be gone and you have to wait again.

GR said it's was a box for online order only in EU. And a very limited run in the US for stores.

    [ QUOTE ]
It is a shame that it is a bit late as Champions Onlinecomes out the same month.

    [/ QUOTE ]
Huh? Champions is set for June release. While Issue 14 will come either in March or very early april.

Aye, leader of team and how many members would be nice to search on. And don't list em if they're on a TF.
  14. CoH forums are a gigantic hug and cuddle fest if you compare em to AoC or WoW forums.

    WoW copies CoX?

I liked WoW when i played it. But there was one thing which i sorely missed.

Character Customization. Sadly everyone looks the same pretty much. Granted i managed to get a pretty unique look for my druid, i was actually able to color coordinate my outfit, i looked fab! But i knew it wouldn't last long :|

If i could tailor my character appearance more without losing precious stats i might be playing it still.
They have a lot of good ideas, and some bad ones.
  16. 9 luck of the gambler? lol. there's a 5 bonus cap.

    tactics *and* focused accuracy?
Using all those toggles you have a end drain of 1.65 end/s with a recovery of only 2.13 end/s. You gonna be able to use 2-3 attacks then be out of end.
Your defenses are not at the defense cap of 45% either. There's more to a build that 10% regen bonuses and 9% Accuracy.
I'm not even sure where to begin to correct that build :|
  17. [ QUOTE ]
We will get more of them yellow than YT2!

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Tcha, in your dreams!
  18. Here's the build i made for my MA/SR scrapper Quilvess.
Reaching beyond the def cap without the use of weave.
Wasn't sure what to take for the last 4 powers really. She can reach cap without those. Not taking focused accuracy will help end consumption tho, slot out focus chi with gaussian instead.

I can also be leader of the team if you like.

    A quick count up

9 Yellows, 12 Blues and 12 Greens is what we would be dealing with.. thats alot.

    [/ QUOTE ]

12 yellows, we did manage to take out 3
  22. Well, they are working on two issues at a time.
So once issue 12 was out they started work on issue 14 (they started on issue 13 when issue 11 came). Then issue 13 got split it into two, so those working on issue 14 are still working on it, but it's called issue 15 now.
  23. These are pretty friendly forums overall. Especially to new players

People can argue on here all they want, but go and actually play one and see if you still feel they are gods gift to tanking. Having raised a few tankers to 50, this was the only one ive ever deleted because it was just awful.

Played one and grouped with several. They're more than fine to me.
So just because you can't play one they're rubbish? I didn't know your (lack of) playing skills are the norm for whats bad or not...
