Well this one is a tough question. I don't like my coloring... okay, let's be honest: I hate my coloring. So if you really want it I will color it. On worst case it will be coloring key for you if you want another person to color it deservingly.

yea. plenty of toons been "replaced".
Pretty much completly stopped playign my db/wp scrapper in favor for sword/shield scrapper. And my db/wp brute is now barely played in favor of my elec/shield one. Even my energy/elec brute been shelved.
my very first 50, a claws/regen scrapper is sitting atm with around 800 days since last login or something like that. -
Could very well be some early version of ulterior, or a sneak peek at something that'll come (science booster is a good guess) eventually.

Not bad, tho looks to be something is lacking in the feet area. There's lots of detail on the upper bit but nothing on the lower. I think some Valkyrie boots or larger boots in same color as gloves would give something to make the lower bit more in line with the top. -
Slotting it for defense you can easily break melee def cap with just two applications of it.

Decided to dust off this old scrapper. She's currently lvl 35 and not played her for over a year. Having fun with her and i do believe i will make her a nice IO build, so after soem fiddling around i came up with this one.
Some ideas would be welcome. Always intrested in seeing how and what others do.

I am guessing you're using a microsoft mouse.
The culprit in the drama is the microsoft acceleration scrolling feature they use for their mouses. Using old drivers of Intellipoint (version 3 or so) apparently will fix the issue, but i cannot force install those on Vista.
I have the same problem and despite downloading fixed from microsofts homepage.
But then i found a little program called X-Mouse.

With it you can change the scrollwheel to act as a normal scroll wheel which will make it work in COH. -

You can get high recharge time, but you have to look at other sets.
While the 5% recharge time is the most common, there's also sets which give 3.75%(Kismet, Tempered Readiness), 6.25% (stupefy, Positrons Blast, Decimation), 7.5%(Kinetic Crash, Basilisks Gaze) and 10% (Purple sets).
Just some examples of sets which give other than 5% recharge time. There's more sets.

Would be kinda keen to go into the mothership in a dungeon crawl kinda thing. Have, say 3-5 successive missions, each taking off where other leaves off. No travel between the missions, as soon one finishes you're dumped into the next one.

The higher you (and others) can boost your overall damage the less noticeable AAO`s +damage effect will be. This is especially true for an AT with a brute's infamously high damage cap.

AAO still gives a fixed damage boost regardless if it bumps you from 100 to 150% or 500 to 550%. The gain might "look" smaller going from 500 to 550%, but it's still the same gain. Damage isn't on the same scale as defense where the closer you get to the cap the better it becomes. Nor is it the opposite and does less the higher you go. It adds the same amount for the entire range up the cap where it just stops.
It's also a quite good taunt aura and helps tremedously in building fury. -
Alias Studiotools with all the options i got runs normally for like 20000.
