I think it's fine as it is. With enough fury and well slotted it will take out minions in one hit.
It's a quite powerful aoe attack and you don't actually have to be near the targets to use it.
Now if they wanna lower the recharge without lessening the damage onit, go for it. But i really doubt they make it faster without altering the damage.

Is it just me or does her arms look really short and stumpy?

This issue is about 10 times worse in the EU than in the US.

Playing on the EU servers most of the time results in such copius amounts of lag during lag hill part of the mission that it takes 5-6 seconds to fire off a power, sometimes the game just freezes then resumes.

I tried the ITF on the US servers and the lag is actually much less there.
Chalking it down to the totally crappy internet infractructure of germany.

Red Dragoness (fire blaster) has the battlecry "Fire, fire, burning higher, making music like a choire!" (stolen from a fantasy movie with tom cruise, his first movie i think? forgot name).
Fluffy Handcuffs uses my mantra from 10 years ago or so. "Pain so close to pleasure..."

Don't think i have any really catchy battlecries for my chars, i tend not to use em.
