Cannot say i've experienced any of that.
Sure Ghost Widow is tough, but she's by no means hard.
I've never used shivans (i don't go to pvp zones), i don't farm for large inspirations prior.
I've pretty much only fought her as a scrapper or blaster, never had any issues on either. Sure i get hold once or twice and my toggle drops, one click and it's back.
I've done STF with some wierd team mockups and it works... sure they've not been master of. But c'mon...
The failed master of attempts i've seen have been in 99% due to player stupidity. Like stone tanker turning off granite to move recluse some and got two shotted quick for example.
Romulus is also not a hard fight either, and i never ever cared about team make up for ITF, it's a very easy TF. I've failed it once i think, when we forgot to change diff and fought rom at +3 level and lost three people after first wipe. I've even soloed it on my scrapper O.o took about three days and alot of tries, but doable.
I hold firm in my belief anything (aside a master of) can be done by any team mockup as long as the players know how to play their character. I've yet seen nothing that proves otherwise to this belief.
The biggest problem witht he end game raids and such is onfortunatly the network lag... anyone who done a zone capped mothership raid knows this. -
*sends Darth Delicious some Cat-girl anime*
You know... for some inspiration!... when it's healed!
Get well soon!
I know how much it sucks to be forced to rest :| -

I'll have a happy friday in about an hour...
F'in horrible day at work >< -
Tbh, there's sets recepies which you can buy that are cheaper than generic IOs.
The set bonuses will prob not be all that great, but with some patience you can get recepies for 1000-10000 inf each. Still need to pay the crafting costs tho.
You could look into getting lvl 49 IOs over lvl 50's, the diffrence in bonus is neglible, but the crafting costs on some recepies is half compared to a 50 IO.
If you are patient, and don't care about set bonuses so much, you can actually make pretty cheap builds. -
I'll guess for whatever number CR is thinking of!
...
or 88 if that didn't work. -
I enjoy showing some skin on my chars. Not awhole lot tho, i'm not a fan on eden and bikini 3 tbh, but designing costumes which look good and are sexy is fun! I love Shocks tushie(and boob)-cleavage ,i like a little hint of under-boob and i'm a huge fan of bare legs but i also don't mind doing something clothed up.
My characters looking good is probably the most important thing to me in any game. And looking good to me can vary alot -
Here's my planned build for Sapphic Shock.
I am *NOT* a fan of relying on figthing pool for defense, and i reach softcap on ranged + aoe, while melee is at 44.1%, which i feel is more than okay.
Don't particularly care about maxing recharge, cause in the end it only accounts for a few seconds, and by the time you finished off the Bosses and the odd mobs missed in LR+SC, they have recharged.
Also don't much care for hasten cause i don't like the glowy hands. But easy enough to swap out super speed for hasten, super speed a set holder only really to get above 44% in aoe and ranged.
